Breakfast was ok. No meat available. One muffin and one bagel choice. Cereal yogurt as usual. All in all not bad. Showers were good but friend commented their shower leaked all over the floor. I told them mine did also till I realized that housekeeping left the shower doors reversed so when you step in and close the door the inner door was positioned away from the shower head allowing the outer door to leak.

Our room was huge. I enjoyed having places to sit besides the bed. The adjustable chair + the sofa were really nice. The pool was nice and warm & even soaked in the hot tub a bit.

The room was very tidy, but the smell of artificial fragrance (like febreeze &such) was very strong. It was almost 90 out & I had to sacrifice ac to open the window to try & air it out. I know I'm in the minority, but allergies to fragrance make it very hard to relax.

Our family has stayed at the Onalaska/La Crosse Hampton Inn two times when we visit our older daughter who attends a local college! We love that their rooms are big enough to handle a family of five! You are provided an awesome, delicious, and healthy breakfast! The pool is clean and has plenty of room to swim! Every where we went in the hotel, the staff was smiling and friendly which made us feel that much more welcome. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of several great restaurants and within walking distance of a Home Depot and Walmart. Don't forget to visit all the beauty that is surrounding this area! We will be back!

Could walk to three different restaurants with bars. Each one was well staffed and had good food and drinks. Loved being able to stumble back to my hotel room after being treated with utmost courtesy. Onalaska is a lovely town.

This hotel was in a great area. The people working there were super friendly. The restaurants were really close and there was a walmart in the same area, which was super helpful.

Front desk was excellent! Very engaging, warm and friendly. Coffee, Teas available 24 hrs was really nice.

Pool was crowded. Temperature in room was hard to keep comfortable.

Room was well appointed, comfortable.

Too many hockey kids running around unsupervised, long waits for elevator on a 3 story hotel should not happen.

Front desk gentleman was excellent got us extra pillows blankets etc and was super kind and courteous

Was a lot more expensive than others in the area

Clean, well maintained. One of the best showers I've had at a hotel in a long time.

Sanitizer smell. Wife is alergic so it was a real problem. Her case is unusual, however, so it's diffiucult to blame the establishment for that discomfort. Breakfast sucked, who would dare eat a hardboiled egg from a package? I was really looking forward to bacon and eggs. COVID should not have stopped this.
