Staff was very helpful when we had to change something concerning our reservation. Breakfast was as expected. Room was comfortable and spacious

Although it was out of your control on the other residents staying there- apparently for a large soccer tournament. I think it would have been nice if there could be a corner of tables reserved for those people who were not part of that group as some of the kids were tossing a ball around in the breakfast area and were also quite loud at times.

liked the keurig-filled our needs well. we eat healthy and could find something that we could eat. air was good in the room. the fact that we could set it and it responded as it should.

Had to go ask for kleenexes. 2 left in the container on arrival. no housekeeping to get extras. sorry i booked through booking.com - bad intermediary that complicated check in. had ice cream out of the freezer at front desk. freezer burned and tasteless.

Great atmosphere, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice staff.

We had come down to breakfast and almost everything was gone. I'm sure the staff was doing their best since there was a whole bunch of hungry high school kids there for an away game. The food was eventually replaced and was good!

extra friendly staff, super clean rooms, awesome clean pool, nice slide for my kids! Absolutely everything is perfect about this place and I plan on staying here again the next time I come!

Very clean. The staff was also very helpful.

The bathroom door would not shut all of the way. It could not be locked. The hallway door didn't fit the frame very well as you could see through a slit on the side of the door into the hallway. Could have served a better continental breakfast during an event. Was there for a baseball tourney and there were mostly sugary items available.

It was very clean and comfortable. Pleasant atmosphere. Close to shops and food places.

I couldn't find a ice machine anywhere on the main floor. The pool towels were out both times I've stayed there. So maybe have someone check them often.

Clean, location

We had two rooms, the clocks in both room were off, one was an hour behind (which almost caught us late in the morning), the other was just doing weird time spinning. For those not paying attention and not using a phone for an alarm it could be a problem

Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Our grandkids loved playing in the pool!

The location is a little tricky to get to/from I-90. The breakfast staff had a challenging time keeping the food stocked during the breakfast rush.

Staff were amazing, Breakfast was Delicious, no hard times and the rooms looked pretty modern and clean.

Maybe the small Garbage bin in the room, but it didn't really affect my overall stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

My only "complaint" would be that I wish there was a fan in the bathroom
