The room was excellent, very clean and spacious, temperature was regulated very well without excessive noise and the bath towels and soaps were all excellent. Wed checked in about 8:15 pm from our travel from Cheyenne, Wyo. so we had been on the road along time. We were greeted very pleasantly and were treaded with very yummy chocolate chip cookies. We went to the breakfast in the morning at 6:45 and they had everything you would expect including bacon, sausage, eggs, country fried potatoes, croissants, bagels, delicious hot chocolate, fruits, and cereals. We could not have been more pleased.

It is a big facility so parking at that time of arrival was very full but we were still able to find a spot not too far. Other than that no complaints.

Nice pool and hot tubs

Room was very dark, ground floor, window out to the street so no privacy. Pool has no showers except 1 single changing room for everyone to use 1 at a time. On 2 occasions this was locked yet we were the only ones in the pool. We had to walk across the car park wrapped in a towel. Everyone sat around at breakfast waiting for bacon, always 2 minutes away, 15 minutes later we left, the day we waited for it people piled it so high it was gone in a flash. Same with coffee, everyone coming in to fill drink holders bigger than the dispensers, also not not enough tables. Expect a bit more for the price we paid.

We had a queen cabin which was nice and spacious with a separate kitchenette area. It was nice to be able to sit and have a morning coffee. The included breakfast was good. The location was good and it was a short walking distance to the main downtown area in Jackson, which was convenient because street parking is not abundant.

With the price of the room I thought daily room service should be included. They use K-Cup coffee packets and only had 3 in our room, which for 2 people does not go far. When I went to the front desk to get more coffee, the attendant seemed put out by the request and wanted the room number which I gave him and wanted to know if I was being charged - I was not. The seating for the include breakfast was very limited.

Great location. A short walk into the centre of Jackson Hole - we loved the town and the proximity to Grand Teton National Park. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. A really nice reception area and pool/spa. Very comfy beds and the rooms were nice and quiet - we didn’t hear neighbouring rooms or any noise from outside.

The rooms are of a lot lower standard than the reception and pool. They need some upgrades, especially the bathroom which was very dated. The shower had very low water pressure and was spraying onto the ceiling which must be causing damage. Breakfast really let this place down. The room is nowhere near big enough for the number of guests so people have to share tables, eat in reception or take their food to their room. The food itself was ok but not the standard of quality or variety we had in other hotels during the rest of our travels on this trip. The tables were dirty. Overall, we had a lovely stay but until these things are resolved I think it’s expensive for what it is.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here while exploring the Grand Teton National Park, which is gorgeous! The rooms/beds were comfortable. The pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs were fun! - and the temperature was just fine in June. Good selection for breakfast. A free cookie offered at 5pm and drinks (water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) available all day. The location was very convenient - we walked into downtown in the evenings, but did drive to certain restaurants.

The dining room has stunning architecture and design, but it is not big enough for all the guests! I saw some people eating in the lobby or taking their breakfast plates to their rooms. We tried coming down at different times (although we always wanted to get an early start into the parks), and we always had to wait for seats.

Room was great and exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect.

We arrived around 1pm and just wanted to get some advise on a place to eat and shop. Before we could even get the words out, the man at the front desk was very abruptly told us our room was not ready and to come back at 3-4. We tried to ask again and he cut us off and sad you will have to come back later. Also all the 4 top tables pushed together in pairs with a sign that says "do not move tables' makes it awkward as most groups were only 2 or 3 people so there was never enough seating.

Great location in downtown Jackson close to lots of good restaurants and shops. We stayed in one of the outer buildings outside of the main hotel. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Parking was very conveniently located in front of our building. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was substantial but very crowded. The pool looked amazing with half of it inside and half outdoors. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool or jacuzzi.

Breakfast in the mornings are very crowded with not a lot of seating.

Great location to food, shopping and activities. Great hot breakfast! Fresh cookies at 5 each evening. Decent laundry area. Sink in toilet/tub enclosure and vanity outside tub area. Microwave/freezer and microwave in room. Registration area was very nice. Easy check in and out. Indoor/outdoor pool.

Expensive. Room not well lit. Stayed 4 nights. It took 3 days for a crushed cookie to be vacuumed up outside our room. Advertisement for facility looks better than actual facility. Check in area very nice. Looks as nice as picture.

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds comfortable and nice sheets. Location great, easy walk into town.

The breakfast was terrible, one of the worst we ever experienced. The hot food was cold, eggs were gross, empty hot trays. Just plain disgusting food. We usually stay at the Cowboy Village (6 or 7 times now) but didn’t this time because we were only staying 2 nights. Asked if we could get the discount and were told no because we booked third party and it was pre-paid. He wasn’t very nice about it either.. I feel he should have given us a credit anyway.

It was beautiful. The room was lovely. I really enjoyed the fireplaces in the lobby and near the pool area. I liked the little cozy spots you could relax and visit at.

We stayed two days and thought that it'd be nice to have the breakfast not be exactly the same every day. And when coming into the breakfast area, the tv volume was blasting at 6:30AM with a very loud drama and it was not very peaceful to start the day. I was a little bothered so I asked the breakfast prep gal, if we could change the tv station or turn off the tv, she acted really annoyed with me. Another couple made the same request to her and ask if the nature station could be the channel we could have on in the background. The breakfast employee complied but for some reason seemed frustrated with the request. As a request from a guest, I thought she'd be more accommodating.
