We arrived early (noon). We asked for an early check-in. They were not able to accommodate immediately but took my number and called me about 1.5 hours later and told me our 2 rooms were ready (still 2.5 hours before official check in). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were excellent for the price and very large imo. The bed was comfortable (firm). Also, you can walk to almost everything - all of downtown Jackson Hole and the Rodeo (1 km) but the hotel was quiet so excellent location.

Everything was good. Zero negatives for the short 1 night stay we had.

Great location, larger room with a couch and balcony, easy parking, comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great location to explore the Tetons. All places are expensive in Jackson but we found Parkway to be a little less so.

The air conditioner/heater was a bit noisey and was located right next to the bed, blowing (in our case) cold air onto you. The room was hot even though it was cold outside. Bathroom was pretty small, so be ready for that. There are no eating options with the Inn but there are plenty of places close by to try.

Good location within a few minutes walk of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Easy parking. Our room had two entrances - one via the main building and one via the parking side too which was helpful for carrying luggage. Very large room and comfortable bed. Easy check-in and check-out.

There’s no AC - just wall-mounted fans which don’t go low and are ineffective in cooling the room which got very warm during our stay. For the price, it would be good to have some light breakfast options included. Gym area is very “tired” - felt like going back in time as it’s still carpeted!

Amazing hotel in Jackson with large rooms and comfortable beds and great WiFi. Our room came with a sofa, TV, mini fridge and work space. We loved the lobby area, which was great to hang out in and work in, and always has coffee, tea and hot chocolate available for free. The amenities (pool, gym, hot tub, sauna) were amazing. The main bus stop (Miller Park Station) was right outside the hotel and we were able to take the Teton Village Express bus everyday to go snowboard at Jackson Hole (~30 min ride), it was super easy and super convenient. This hotel is also walking distance to so many great restaurants and cafes.

Not much that I didn't like!

Very nice hotel, totally exceeded our expectations. Since I arrived at the hotel after 11pm in the middle of the night, the front desk of the hotel closed at 11pm, but I called in advance and told me that the room cards and bills of the four rooms had been sealed in envelopes and placed in a transparent box at the entrance of the hotel lobby. Pick it up after arriving at the hotel That's it. After arriving, I got the room cards smoothly. One of the room cards had a problem. I called the front desk for emergency calls. After 10 minutes, a handsome guy came to the hotel to help deal with the room cards. I was very touched.

Room was very clean and comfortable, had room for all our luggage. Plenty of hardwood on the floors, doors and cabinetry. Having a door to the inside and outside of the hotel was very nice. The pool/spa was amazing and we had it all to ourselves for at least an hour (stayed in mid-April) Walkable distance to Jackson Square and surrounding businesses. Couple minute drive to the rest of town and a short jaunt to Grand Teton park, this hotel is located pretty perfectly.

The Keurig in our room was somehow able to magically add more water than was physically inserted into it, and overfill our coffee cups. I don't think that's the staff's fault. The television in the room gives off a radiant heat when powered on,but that's just how those flat screen plasmas are. For some reason, the room would also get abnormally warm. We opened the windows frequently, as the AC unit seemed to have a lazy disposition. Good thing it was spring! The espresso machine in the lobby had spoiled milk in it, so we wasted $5 on a coffee my wife couldn't drink. Have the office staff check the dates on the machine if you want one.

when traveling alone, this property would normally be out of my budget so I'm grateful that my work gave me the opportunity to stay. Lovely and spacious room, very comfortable and the staff is great. I love how it's just out of the hubbub of the main town making it very peaceful yet still a comfortable walk to everything.

When we pulled up to this motel, I thought, uh oh, because it didn’t look like it could possibly match the photos of the rooms. Boy, was I wrong. We had room 208 — upstairs at the end of the hall. It was more like a condo than a motel room. The rooms are HUGE and separated by an attractive wooden pocket door. Our daughters (22 and 20) had the outer room with a queen-sized murphy bed, comfortable couch and chair, desk, and a little kitchen area with fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Our room had an extremely comfortable king-sized bed with wonderful down pillows. Both rooms have their own full bath with jacuzzi tubs, as well as flat screen TVs and access to a large balcony with outdoor furniture. My husband enjoyed sitting out there and playing his guitar. And, one night, we enjoyed hearing another guest at the other end play his accordion on his own balcony! Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas are also available in the lobby at 7am. Nice seating area there with gas fireplace, morning paper, large flat-screen TV. Off-season, the lobby is closed from 10pm-7am, but that was no inconvenience to us. There is also a varied selection of snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby. You’re right in the middle of town here, so it’s easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. And a short drive to Grand Teton National Park (20-30 min), as well as an hour from Yellowstone. We were here for five nights, and it wasn’t enough! My husband rated it the best place he’d EVER stayed. 😯

It was an ideal stay for us, so there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Those with mobility issues should make sure to request a ground-floor room, as there are no elevators. If you stay on the second floor like we did, you’ll need to lug your things up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, no free breakfast at this motel. There are a variety of cereals and breakfast bars available for purchase in the lobby — otherwise, there are several great options at all price points around town.

Location was excellent. Right next to the tram station and within walking distance of many great downtown restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and included all the amenities we required. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the hot tubs did not work (but it had not been reported to management in all likelihood). Heating unit in the bedroom area seemed to be losing a bearing and was noisy.

The bed was very comfortable and the room felt extremely clean.

The latch on our outside door did not properly work and so twice we returned to the hotel after being gone for hours to find our door wide open for anyone to walk on in. Maintenance was asked to fix the latch and it was better but still required a diligent effort to ensure a proper closure.
