The staff is very friendly and helpful: the boys and girls at the reception, the restaurant staff. The hotel is clean and very close to many good restaurants and touristic points Anna was very very helpful and friendly. She booked us two wonderful tours, Ninh Binh and Ha Giang. She is very client oriented and wants the best for her clients. She also arranged the train tickets for us. Big thank you, Anna!

The staff at this hotel are so professional and willing to help. Some of the best people! All of the reviews that mention the helpfulness of Miss Anna are correct - she is a huge asset to the hotel. She made our stay in Hanoi so memorable, and it was lovely getting to know her a little. The hotel rooms are quite small, as are most in the old quarter, but it is a great hotel for exploring Hanoi. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

There is no air-conditioning in the foyer and passage ways. Probably good for conserving energy, but it can be quite hot in summer. Air-conditioning in the rooms is perfect though, which is where you really need it.

Very friendly staff, made our stay very pleasant. Nice room in a very central location, the bathroom was also very nice.

The 3% card charge felt unfair to me. Really disliked that and it is the reason why I did not give better rating.

the hotel adds a 3% surcharge on card transaction which I was never charged in other places of Vietnam. the cheaper rooms are way to small but acceptable at the cost you pay. the drivers ask for money even for a slight detour on airport delivery. needed to drop my friend to his hotel at midnight which would have increased his ride time by 2 mins and. 4km but for that they asked for 25% more on the decided cost which was disappointing but then that is a 3rd party vendor so it’s not on the hotel but it’d be great if they did have some hold over it’s vendors cuz solo travellers some times make friends there

The hotel is very clean, the bedsheets is clean and we couldn’t find a speck of dust in the room. The staff are really friendly and helpful!most importantly is the superb location next to hoan Kiem lake and the weekend market. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Hanoi.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Perfect base for exploring all the main attractions of the city. Our room was comfortable and well presented, and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Flora Centre as a hotel in Hanoi.

Hotel staff were really helpful to navigate the old quarter area. Planning the tour, each everything they were on point they made sure guests are always comfortable.

The location is perfect if you are wanting to stay in the Old Quarter. The staff here are lovely, very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The room is very spacious which allows you to create a space for lounging as well as sleeping. Housekeeping are incredibly thorough and efficient. Our favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast. We looked forward to it everyday! If you are a vegetarian then there are options for you. We had booked tours before reaching Hanoi but the staff here can help you book tours on your arrival if needed. A thumbs up for this lovely hotel, we had a wonderful stay here.

The aircon failed.

When there was an issue with the air conditioning in my first room, the staff were quick to respond and ensured I was put in a different room on my next night. Decent hotel breakfast with a mix of Vietnamese and Western continental dishes. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean and well-stocked bathrooms. Able to book transport and tours through the front desk.

Air conditioning issue in my first room. Corridors were warm and narrow. Room sizes were alright, not huge for the Old Quarter location. Bathrooms could use some updating - stained bathtubs, broken clothes hooks, too small showers (had to crouch slightly under the rain shower at 1.7m).
