One of the best boutique hotels we stayed in Hanoi. Staff is the heart of this hotel - very friendly, always there to help and provide trustworthy recommendations. We booked a room - with a terrace, facing the pool area - very spacious for 2 persons, clean, modern and had all amenities you usually expect to find in a hotel room. We had breakfast included in the room rate - wide selection of fresh & tasty food including omlette station, pho station, cheeses, rice & noodles, sushi, pastry and fresh bread amonst other options. Fresh juices, tea & coffee. On our first night we tried the Red Bean restaurant on the 11th floor - very good Vietnamese food - must try. A rooftop terrace is available with a nice view of the hanoi surroundings - we had a couple of drinks there, enjoying a 'quieter' hanoi from high above. We also booked the street food tour directly with the hotel. The guide - Jackie - was really good at explaining the different food and tailored our tour around our dietary requirements. Whilst we were a bit anxious at first to try street food from unknown places, after the tour we were so glad to have trusted our guide and let him choose dishes for us. This is a must try for anyone visiting Hanoi & is cautious about which food places to try. Overall it was a very positive and nice experience staying at La Siesta Classic. Well done to all the staff for making our time in Hanoi so pleasant.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment of our arrival, the staff were welcoming and friendly and even introduced to places of attraction around the vicinity. Throughout my stay, the General Manager always made sure that I was having a great time and he even personally allocated me a room with wonderful view of the city. When I had any enquiries, hotel staffs were always more than willing to answer, and they even went the extra mile to provide me with recommendations and itinerary suggestions based on their own experiences! I was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality of the staff, which made this stay very memorable. The breakfast offered by La Siesta Hang Thung has an excellent variety of both local and international dishes! I particularly enjoyed their yogurt and PHO. This hotel is well-furnished and brand new, I appreciate the attention to detail in the furnishing, from the hotel rooms to the dining rooms and to the reception area, each furniture piece worked cohesively to create a modern vibe with lovely vintage pieces. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Hanoi!

My partner and I spent the last 4 days of our travel in this hotel and everything was great! After a month travelling across Vietnam, this is one of the best place we stayed at. It's not as budget friendly as other places but I really recommend spending a least a day or two there. The rooms are great, beds are super comfy, the breakfast was very tasty, plenty of choice, with vegetarian options as well. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the hotel gym. The location is very good. We stayed previously in another side of the Old Quarter but we prefer this one, it's close to many nice little cafes and restaurants. The staff was amazing, always happy and smiling, truly making sure you have a great experience!

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location, awesome staff that went above and beyond, lovely decor, huge room, fitness center, fast Wifi, great shower and water pressure, new hotel, super comfortable bed. They have a nice breakfast spread including a (free) vegetarian / vegan a La carte menu.

Some light city noise as it in the middle of Old Quarter, but the windows and heavy curtain helped - and it was honestly not bad.

Cosy and comfortable hotel half way between the historic city of Hoi An, the Coconut Village and the beaches, also close to the Tran Que vegetable village. We liked the decor, the pools, the room and the beautiful breakfast with a view to a quintessential Vietnamese rural landscape: rice fields, buffalo, birds, coconut trees. It is not near the historic Hoi An, but very close and the hotel has an efficient shuttle that gets you there in about 5 minutes, with the hotel informing guests on the time table. The spa is really good. Last but not least, we felt very welcome by a professional yet caring staff always willing to do whatever they could to accommodate our requests. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was excellent. Very high standard of service, cleanliness and the room was large and very comfortable. It was also very quiet and I slept brilliantly. I also enjoyed the spa, having the massage and facial package. I would highly recommend it. I also arrived very early in the morning and the hotel were really accommodating with my luggage, even letting me use the pool and facilities whilst I waited for my check in time. The location is also excellent; walking distance from the main attractions and in the heart of the old quarter.

The breakfast room is small so often crowded and the staff did not provide information on what was available so I completely missed there was an egg station in the corner of the room until after I had eaten on my last day.

The property has a heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and very good breakfast. Ms. Tram is a splendid host, she helped us with every tiny problem we encountered. The kindness the stuff is showing should be used as an example for a lot of other foreign countries.

When we arrived we received the wrong room which was a downgrade and they didn’t say anything. This made us feel of course bad at the beginning but after calling and telling them they said they were overbooked but they will arrange the next day that we move into a big room with balcony which was an upgrade to our previously booked one. Not only the helped us with the room but they made sure for us to get more benefits, presents, private transfer to the airport and so on. In the end this mishappen was solved in such a nice and humble way that we didn’t even remember it happening. Thank you again Ms. Tram.

The food was delightful, the facilities were superb, and the staffs are outstanding! Throughout my stay, they were consistently friendly, attentive, and wonderfully professional. I especially enjoyed the breakfast conversations with the restaurant staff and the pleasant chats with Huyen Anh (if I remember her name correctly), the receptionist with the stylish glasses and excellent English accent. And obviously, a well-deserved 5-star review for the manager - whose name, I confess, has slipped my mind - who handled my slightly imprecise booking with grace and professionalism

One of the best experiences ever! 5-star hotel in city center close to everything but still quite combines relaxa and downtown stories. Breakfast standard but good quality. Comfortable rooms and beds and fantastic sky bar for a cocktail. But what leaves you breathless in that hotel is the serviceminded Personal that makes the unbelievable reality to you. Always meet you with big smiles remember personally your name and what you did yesterday! They all make you feel so special! Individually suggestions and guide your trip without considering any profit or tourist traps. You can feel the quality, honesty and warmth. We got upgraded our room to executive rooms, guided our days in the city, and help to find spot in good restaurants. They took offers from different cruise to ha long bay and spent more than one hour to analyze the advantages of any trip and booked the best for us! The spa amazing as well with the best quality of massage and individually adjusted to your needs! I had a small incident in the spa, my massage was not strong enough one day, the reception got informed at the same time and already next morning they made up to us with a voucher to the spa and asked for a stronger masseur to me! They even babysitted my 5 month baby so we could enjoy a relaxing couple massage! And they did it with smiles and happiness! The laundry service one of the best as well, I trusted my expensive dresses and I got almost my whole luggage laundered ready to be packed for my trip back home. I almost cried when I said goodbye to people there, we got a goodbye present as well from them! Amazing experience unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon. You made med love Vietnam even more and your service made me considering visiting your hotel as a rutine trip every single or every second year. I miss you guys!
