Staff are very keen to sell tours, this isn’t necessarily bad as we are aware this part of there job and the tours they booked for us were great.

They speak very well English so communication is extra easy. - Location is great. The hotel is in the old quarter, very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake but remains away from the noise of the city. There is everything you could ever need within short distance. . - Overall, great money for value

- Rooms are clean but the bathroom floor could benefit from some deep cleaning.

I love everything about the hotel! All the staffs and cleaners were nice. Free bottled water, coffee, and tea everyday as complimentary of our stay. I so love the bathroom as it is spacious and clean. Clean towels and bathroom necessities were well provided and replaced everyday! The room was huge as we were upgraded to a family room for two so we have each queen size bed. Wifi is really fast. Great location as it is just around the old quarter. We loved our stay at Labevie Hotel. Will definitely recommend them to friends and will surely book again when we go back to Hanoi! More success!

The hotel is very close to the centre. The staff is friendly and helpful, willing to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast you can either order from the menu or just eat whatever is already available - fruits, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. My room was comfy with a huge bed, there was a kettle, complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean equipped with everything you might need; hair dryer, toothbrush with toothpaste, soap, shampoo, towels. There is cleaning in the rooms every day, they replace whatever you have used. Well before my arrival I have contacted the owner and he helped arranging trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Everything was perfectly organized, I have enjoyed every minute.

The location in the Old Quarter was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked day tour and overnight trip to Ha Long Bay through reception. Good advice provided re places/food to eat. The room was large and allowed 2 suitcases to be open, comfortable bed! Good shower. Aircon in room was a lifesaver!! Breakfast - the scrambled eggs cooked to order were terrific! 2 water bottles provided in room and replaced daily (important when tap water isn't potable)

Electricity wires loose on walls; bed lamps hanging by wires; "zapping" from power point when plugging in jug; patching of old rotted wood visible, and balcony doors not well fitted; Thin towels. No black tea provided at breakfast.

Location is in Old Quarter within places of interest. Room is clean with basic toilet amenities . Reception staff Lana, B and the manager were very helpful and informative. They go their extra mile in their service with a smile.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They resolved some issues with reservation promptly and offered tips and recommendations during my visit. Hotel transport from/to the airport was also organised by the hotel team and it was really good and reliable. Room was excellent and cleaning service was superb. Location was perfect, on the old Quarter of Hanoi within walking distance of Hoan Kiem lake . Breakfast was decent, with freshly prepared options from the hotel staff. I definitely recommend staying there, Labevie hotel offers excellent value, and the staff are very professional and hospitable.

There were a few miscommunication issues about the reservation (assume due to the booking system) which created a bit of unnecessary confusion. However they were clarified and resolved upon arrival.

Location and proximity to Old Quarter, transportation and bus stops from and to the airport. Good breakfast with option to order 1 item from the menu which includes omelet, or enjoy the buffet style selection of fruits, bread and 2-3 deli slices. Good coffee, tea, and fruit juices.

Not fully air conditioned. The front desk, restaurant and hallways can get hot and humid. The friendly Staff did their best to welcome guests at the front desk. However, it felt uncomfortable upon arrival when it's hot and stuffy all around. Nonetheless, AC worked well in the bedroom.

The customer service at Lebevie was high quality. They gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost, which was highly appreciated! Comfortable bed, nice shower, efficient & affordable laundry services, and fast wifi. The location is very central - close to good restaurants, shopping, and the Ngoc Son Temple.

They had some construction going on in the building, but it was not noisy and did not really disturb our stay whatsoever. Just keep in mind that if you visit sometime in summer of 2023 there might be some small renovations happening.
