We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 11). We had a hotel room with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and met our needs. It is a little dated but I would not let this be a deterrent. The kids particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool. The included breakfast was more than satisfactory. The foyer is gorgeous. The location can't be faulted. We walked to all major sightseeing places as walking is quicker than waiting for a Grab to get to you and then making its way through traffic to get to your destination.

The gym could be improved but we weren't there for that. Bedside lights would be helpful. The bathroom fan is connected to the light switch. Therefore the fan is on even if you aren't showering and it is reasonably loud.

Good size room with plenty amenities and comfort. Walls a little thin but we didn't mind as we only used the room to rest between trips to the many attractions and restaurants around town. Breakfast was limited but it was fresh and tasty and with sufficient choice to energize you for the day. Fresh juice and fruits, made to order eggs, hot dishes and fresh pastries...Beds were comfy and linens and towels were clean and replenished promptly. The team at front desk especially bellboys (Thanks a lot Hoang Thang) were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us heaps with our trips and tours without being intrusive or hard sellers. Well located in district 1 with most main sites being a short walk or a cheap Grab away. Lots of local cafes, restaurants and mini marts as you’d expect for the location. Friendly staff - doormen in particular always greeted you with a warm smile and literally jumped up to get the door for you. Quirky but pleasant styling around the art theme. Room was OK - clean & comfortable if a bit tired in places. We had a family room (2 large double beds) with an extra bed (2 adults, 3 kids) - it was tight but manageable. Although we were on the 1st floor, there was no road noise. Small rooftop jacuzzi pool with a nice cityscape vista, after dark particularly. There is a roof top bar, which we didn’t use as well as a sauna & steam room, neither of which we could get to work. Simple but adequate buffet breakfast, sometimes with a bit of a random selection, which did make us wonder if some were excess from the previous nights dinner service. We’d stay again.

Expensive airport transfers - just book via Klook or Grab - under half the price. We were initially quoted VND 500K/night for the extra child (aged 8), only to be told after confirming the non cancellable booking, that if we wanted a bed as well it would be VND 800K/night!

Perfect location! Right next door to Ben Thanh markets and a short walk (10mins) to Independence Palace, Post Office and a few other spots worth visiting. There were heaps of eateries, cafe's, pubs in the area plus a convenience store opposite the hotel if you needed anything quick. The facilities were perfect for a city escape. Friendly staff, great drinks and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and the variety

The hallway carpets were a smidge outdated and could do with being refreshed but that's the only thing I can think of. Otherwise it was great and would definitely go back and recommend to others

Good service, great location, comfortable beds and yummy breakfast. We liked it the first time that's why we returned on our home stretch.

When we tried to organise airport transfer there was miscommunication. Different messages were sent to me and different messages to my husband. In the end we had to book our own transport from the airport.

We commend all the staff, they are very helpful and respectful. Friendly! Daily breakfast are good and satisfying. They kept our room clean and tidy everyday... my only comment is the bit dark hallway and the room we are in doesnt have a view and the window is facing the perimeter wall. Location is very nice! All in all we loved it! We are a family of 4 with 2 grown up daughters. More power Adora Art Hotel. 🙂

Located on a busy street 5 minutes away from the Ben Thanh market and close to a lot of points of interest. Elegantly decorated, with a nice lobby. The rooftop pool is a great escape from the city crowds and noise. It's small, but there aren't a lot of people around. The kids adored it. Wonderfully friendly staff. Great bed and pillows. Very good window insulation - almost no street noise comes in.

Breakfast could last a little longer. 9.30 is a bit early when you're on holiday. Also, more towels by the pool would be great.

Amazing breakfast buffet and restaurant staff making eggs to order. Spacious spotless room. We arrived super early off a night bus, 3.30am. As the hotel was open 24 hours, we went and rested in the foyer area off the street which was great. We could check in at 8am rather than 2pm but had to pay another half day rate, which we did. Great location. Great room and bathroom. Pool was good to use at the end of the day ( but insufficient towels for people). I would recommend and stay here again.

At check in the hotel said it couldn’t accept my visa credit card ( the one I’d used throughout Vietnam to date) luckily I had another card. Preferred everything to be paid in cash eg for trips, and directed to ATMs, bit of a hassle if later in the evening or the one local ATM is out of service or only for local currency (doesn’t accept visa/mastercard)

the bell boy and recetion team were stars in my eyes i realised that if i needed anything whatsoever all i needed to do was ask and they would sort it out from tours to multi purpose wall plugs and laundry all at reasonable if not better prices than i could find myself...very very impressed with my overall stay meet some great people at the buffet brekfast and was able to compare tours and current experience so far...... recommended to all who was a reasonable priced 5 star hotel experience.....
