We really loved the Vilion Hotel. Every time when we came back to the hotel, it felt like home. And we were thankful for the quiet nights. The rooms, Lobby and Spa area are clean, comfy and everything is made and decorated with love. The beds were comfortable and Spa service was great. Victoria and her team let us feel like a part of their own family, but always with respect and privacy. Also Victoria helped us with all our plans (trips, cooking class, rent a motorbike and so on) always for a very good price 👌🏻 and after only two days at her home and hotel we know that we will come back in the future. “Some people you meet on your way become friends, because there is a good chemistry between them.” Thank you very much Victoria 🌷 you made our trip to Vietnam so much precious 🙏🏻. I love all of staffs , they're extremely nice, helpful , I had some problems with my trip , but the reception helped me a lot . They kept my suitcases when I had 2 days trip at Phu Quoc Island without any charges , I appriciate it . Lovely staff , lovely room . Location is super good . I will come back next year.

The place is beautiful, Ms. Vy is the nicest hostess, always ready to help you with whatever you might need. She was always worried with my well-being as I arrived to her hotel feeling very tired and she made sure I was always well-rested. Spa is great and professional, it help us relax. Definitely recommend staying at Vilion Hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Vilion Central Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The spa treatments were top-notch. the location is absolutely perfect and the staff are wonderful! so happy, smiley and attentive! a/c worked very well in our hot room. hot water in the showers no issues. we had a bath which is rare!! but quite small. free toiletries which were actually pretty decent as far as hotel toiletries go! we also had a fridge which came in handy.

the building is old but comfortable. our room could have done with some new bedding and this would have made a big difference. it was all clean however felt a little worn out and in need of some fresh pillows and a new mattress! easy fixes and did not effect how we felt about our overall stay.

I noticed the hotel had some low ratings, but I decided to book it because the rooms looked nice, spacious, and reasonably priced. My experience here was very positive; the staff were friendly, and the room looked just like the photos. I’ll definitely return after my trip to Vung Tau

Hotel is near Bên Thành market, Independence palace.... Easy to find restaurant, convenient store , exchange money.... Room is cozy , clean. Staffs are so nice and polite . Reception they always smile , so lovely. Definitely come back
