Clean and well kept place! We stayed for 2,5 nights before our late flight. Kitchen has all the basics and a great ventilation for cooking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal as it is close to many sights and shopping malls but at the same time still easy to get to the airport as you don't get stuck in the middle of the city traffic for too long. Laundrette is convenient and costs 90.000 VND for washer+dryer. Never tried the breakfast.

The pool was closed for a few hours for a photoshoot when I was using it on the last day 13/1 2025. This could be fine, but really should be notified to guests beforehand or when they book, especially if some book for this reason I can imagine the disappointment. (We booked here to have a kitchen).

We loved our stay here. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with opening doors for us and carrying our suitcases. The room was immaculate. Looks exactly like the pictures, nice new smell in the room, modern furniture and very clean. The hotel has a pool and gym which were free to use and of good standing. And they also have some washing machines and dryers that you can use for a small fee, which we were very grateful for! The hotel’s in a good location too, not too far from the centre, easy to get Grab taxis and a few cafes and restaurants around. Very happy to recommend to others

Literally the only negative we found was that the shower wasn’t well designed, so a lot of water was collecting on the sides and needed wiping with one of our hand towels each time we had a shower.

This hotel is by no means the fanciest or luxurious but they have clean rooms, well designed spaces and solid customer service. When we had a late flight to depart, staff let our children use the pool, which helped us kill the hours as a late check out was not possible. The breakfast, while by no means over the top, has essentials you can expect at a chain hotel. I would recommend this property more for long term business travelers as the room amenities were more attuned to those needs (kitchennette, washing machine, etc)

There is no restaurant or room service, so you do have to go out for essentials. There is a small mini market on the corner. We had to wait in the lobby for a taxi and found it to be a bit warm - though staff did put out fans and portable A/Cs. Pool is very basic.

The entire staff team from reception, security, to housekeeping was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and warm, which made our experience great. Many of the staff remembers you and try and provide a personal touch as well. Special appreciation to Quhun who gave us great service and recommendations. The housekeeping was great as well and kept our room clean and comfy.

The only minor downside is that the hotel phone was down during our trip, which made it slightly harder to connect with reception. However, the service makes up for this minor inconvenience :)

A purpose built world class hotel. Very pleasant room, good tv stations, blockout curtains, good hot water in the bathroom, quiet location, well insulated, everything felt like a real hotel. Housekeeping gave me a huge water container after I asked for extra water bottles… fabulous

I didn’t have hot water in the kitchen. Some cracked tiles in the shower.

They gave me a FREE room upgrade from a Classic Room to a One-Bedroom Apartment. The location is a walk away from almost everything: convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, you name it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I had a problem with my phone connecting with their WiFi after a few days of my stay and they sent an I.T. to the hotel to get it fixed. Superb service! I will definitely come back and stay there again.

I like this hotel and stayed few times. Pool on the roof, basic but good for chill out. Liked gym very much. Rooms are ok although not all are same and you can get better one sometime. Location that I like - allowing to chill out.

Terrible bath tube and shower designed in such way that you always flood bathroom with water. You need one towel only to manage that otherwise slippery. Chinese breakfast - same noodles every day. Some of other meals were really terrible - fat and no taste - but some were Ok. You will need more time, as waiting for scrambled eggs is 10-15 min process. Coffee is bad unless you make it yourself near the reception and then is very good espresso or latte to start day...

This hotel is in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Booked us 2 tours which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and quite quiet except for Friday evening when the outside noise was a bit much. Didn't deter from the overall stay.

The room was great, enough space for all, quiet and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and it went on until 10am, which was nice. The pool was a good size and never too busy. Bonus were the washing facilities and the nice gym. Would definitely stay again.

Maybe not as much to do around the hotel than we wanted, slightly outside of district 1 but you get the quietness instead.
