Great hotel. I like soft beds, these were on the firmer side but still very good, with great pillows. Really Nice room and view on the 17th floor if you book Premier. The premier lounge was nice, with good selection of food, i arrived around 3pm and was the only 1 there for about 2 hours, I had Coffee, Cakes and Fruit. I did notice that after i took the items they were not replaced very fast,, even after a few families came in there was still quite the delay to releasements, but i still loved it and would do it again. The pool was Really nice, both time i used it i was the only person there. The Bag guys (porters?) were fantastic! very helpful, in fact i found them much more helpful than the reception guy who seemed a little abrasive to talk with. One of the bag guy even got my broken bag fixed for me for a great price and done very quickly which i really apricated!

just the Check in guys attitude. and actually the long check out time, i was waiting at the counter for about 4 minutes just standing there listening the 2 staff talk about something that i can only assume was to do with my check out, i guess they check out hundreds of people a week so it should be a super quick easy service.

Breakfast plenty of choice well presented fresh. Average size room clean functional ok for a short stay. Walking distance to various shop’s, restaurants,mall and places of interest

Swimming very cold changing facilities nonexistent. No locker if these facilities excised there was no one to ask at the pool..lounge area and bar area basic seating old not somewhere I would want to spend the evening

I was very surprised at the value for money here. Bed was super comfy, sheets crispy clean and soft. Room was bright and fresh. Shower pressure was spot on. Located close to some decent shopping malls including Takashimaya plaza which is a short stroll or few minutes in a cab. Staff at the front desk are very engaging, polite and go out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable. Bar staff equally friendly and attentive. Highly recommended and great value for money.

booked a room on executive floor with lounge access despite having this on reservation did not get lounge access or an executive floor. also my booking was confirmed as two adults two children. one tiny day bed was available. told other child supposed to sleep in bed with us. after much discussion finally got them to add a bed without an extra charge after much argument.

Definitely a business hotel with a adequate breakfast spread. Hotel staff were efficient and helpful. Room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room size is good for 1 person with a rather small bathroom. Also prices for rooms have become increasingly expensive laterly.

Room was spacious and excellent choice of breakfast. Also the lounge was good with drinks and snacks throughout day. Was able to work at the lounge. Pool was nice

Pool was too cold

Typical Novotel in an excellent location in HCMC. The price I got was extremely reasonable (somewhat lower than usual) and made this hotel a good choice. I also used the gym, it was OK. For the same price, I would consider the Novotel again although there are plenty of good options in the same price range in the area.

The most welcoming staff. Nothing was a problem and all small enquiries answered with the minimum of fuss. Especial thanks to Danh on the reception desk whose kindness, warmth and care was incredible. Thank you so much.

Everything was perfect

The staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother. The hotel was located close to everything we needed

The buffet breakfast finished at 10am which restricted access after a late night of sightseeing and socialising with the locals

Clanliness of the room is perfect. Location is near my office and the breakfast spread is good.
