Great staff made us feel really welcome and we're very accommodating. Roof top amazing, pool great and room really comfortable with everything we needed for a city stay.

We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, but it was not, so had to pay additional charges. The issue was more woth booking.com as the information on our reservation showed breakfast included, which was misleading as was not.

The hotel itself is really classy with a hint of fun. The rooftop bar is one of the best ive been to around town and they even have an infinity pool just beside. The breakfast was great and there were alot of choices for us to pick. Including their special pho. For location wise, its pretty much quite centralised and there were alot of local and western food available and places to visit.

Theres alot of misunderstanding between the grab drivers or taxis as they are confused as where to turn into the drop off/pick up area. I think there should be a bigger sign on where the entry and exit is.

The hotel is superb - however as a professional female I found the room designs lacked consideration of my needs. The hairdryer is impossible to use near a mirror without standing in front of a wardrobe; the lighting is too poor to put on make up with any confidence ; there was nowhere to sit that had a mirror (it would have been very easy to rectify this. Similarly - whilst the rooftop and pool bar offered stunning views and a breeze I would gladly have paid for ;), I was served a lobster roll with shell inside - and no offer of an alternative when this was pointed out - a little disappointing. otherwise I can’t fault the staff.

It was so perfect there are no words. Every moment of my stay was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and friendly. Although I was in a difficult situation on the first day of my stay, I was touched by the many staff who helped me and were genuinely considerate. I felt like I was in a fantasy during my stay, but I still can't come back to reality... 🤣 It seems like I should go swimming and enjoy a bar right now on the rooftop 🥲

This is a perfect hotel. Stay healthy and happy to all staff until we return in a year.

Loved the overall decor - our room (1601) was beautiful and had a fantastic view! We had dinner in Saigon Social on the last evening, and it was sooooo good (!!!). Everyone we met were super sweet and friendly. What really blew my mind was the breakfast - I have had many breakfasts in hotels throughout the years (I even work in a 5* Deluxe LHW hotel myself) - this was beyond beautiful and like every single item on the buffet had been carefully selected and cared for in the process - just wow! And the waiters had enough time to mingle and chat during service - wow <3

The pool area and rooftop was amazing, but there could be more sundeck chairs during the day instead of all the un-used high bar chairs and tables (maybe switch a few in the afternoon when the sun sets) - saw many guests coming up in swimwear but leaving as they had nowhere to relax. My title remained "Mr" even though I had mentioned myself as "Ms" in several correspondences prior to arrival. This even remained after arrival.

A true 5 star hotel experience. Luxurious amenities throughout our stay. Incredible beds (with pillow choice!), the best shower we had in our whole Vietnam trip, helpful and courteous staff, dependable AC, and a fantastic rooftop bar and pool. Walkable to lots of HCM attractions, but also was easy for Grabs to come pick us up when it got too hot or rainy. Easily the best hotel breakfast buffet we had in our Vietnam trip -- worth every penny. Try the salmon pho if they have it! Took advantage of the rooftop happy hour during the afternoons as well.

The hotel is really well located. It's walking distance from most of good restaurants, cafes and attractions. It's very clean and beautiful rooms and facilities. The highlight is definitely the social Club and rooftop pool. Staff speaks well English and they are all very friendly.

The rain shower in my room didn't work. I said it to reception but they didn't do anything about it. In the room, you can hear the loud music from the street. (But you don't hear the music from the rooftop). The pool area has only 5 sunbeds. Specially on the weekend, 5 bed is not enough. Also if you heat up the pool just a little bit, it will be great. Already in November it was very cold to go in the pool. As there is lots of cold breeze on the roof.

Everything…..absolutely stunning hotel would definitely stay here again. The spa was fantastic, the roof top bar for drink & food, an amazing selection of food for breakfast. All the staff were great too. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. Loved the large square windows. During our stay I spoke to Ken who was the customer service manager on duty. I had a few things I needed to discuss with him which he sorted it. He really listened & delivered some excellent customer service so a special mention to him,thank you!!!!!

Cute hotel centrally located in HCM. The staff was very helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The only pool that we visited on our trip that had refreshing water temperature.

The size of the room was a bit tight for 2 adults and a child. The windows were sealed so there was no opportunity for fresh air which was a bit claustrophobic.
