The room was spacious. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bath was ideal. Comfy bed and pillows. There was plenty of selections at breakfast, both western and Vietnamese. The pools were nice and cool after a long day exploring. The free bicycles were great for exploring. Close to the old town, about a 15 minute walk along the river. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The highlight was that my birthday happened to be while I was staying here and the staff surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake. Would definitely stay again! ❤️

There was nothing about the property to complain about. There was loud music on the weekends from the neighbouring venues, but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix and had nothing to do with the villa itself.

My family spent 7 nights in a family connecting room with a balcony. The staff were wonderfully friendly and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean, there were 2 pools to choose from which the kids loved, and the buffet breakfast had a good choice of local and western foods to choose from. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town which was great for us, as we wanted to stay somewhere a bit quieter. This has been our most enjoyable stay in Vietnam so far, and it is great value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean and charming, offering free bicycles and the option to rent a motorbike through them. The area is quiet and pleasant, located very close to the river. The highlight of the stay was the staff, who were the most helpful I could have hoped for. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Tait at the reception and the maintenance staff member responsible for the bicycles and motorbikes at the entrance, who was always friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice, and everything is clean and well-organized. The breakfast was very rich and varied. I highly recommend this hotel!

We wanted a hotel just out of the hustle and bustle and this was perfect 15 mins walk maximum and your in the old quarter. The staff are all really friendly and the room we booked which was a king delux with a balcony was really good. Comfy bed large room good shower. The pool areas are nice and relaxing and sun loungers were always available. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all nationalities. The staff can organise you tours or cars to the airport nothing is too much trouble. They have cycles that are free to use which we used and had a ride through the rice fields it was really good. All in all we couldn’t fault the hotel it’s amazing value for money. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hoi an

Nothing to dislike

Everything was exceptional about the property. Good location in quiet area, walking distance from the old town. Bicycles to your usage and even umbrellas in case of rain. The best value for the Banana Garden Villa are people who are working there. They are so kind and helpful in organising your stay and providing very best and professional services. From the first day till departure we felt there like in home among family members. Food was delicious and everyone will find something special. From traditional Vietnamese cuisine to more global foods. Variety of fresh fruits and vegetables will satisfy even vegans. We loved this place and we regret that we had to leave. Swimming pools and gym is another great option for active people and close distance to river bank and beach is another advantage of this location. We definitely recommend the Banana Garden Villa for holiday destination in this beautiful city of Hoi An. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel feels and looks modern . Spacious rooms with a beautiful stone bathtub .. abundance of hot water which was appreciated on cool drizzly days . 10min casual walk into down .. Greattttt breakfast ..abundance of restaurants and convenience stores near by A very special thank you to the manager Linh. We had a problem occur . Her professionalism., empathy and kind words solved the problem..also seeing your smile each morning at breakfast was a great way to start the day 😎 You’re doing an exceptional job!!

Just be careful if you have younger children ..if the hot water is turned up high…. The water will burn you . I did point this out to management

- Extremely friendly staff - Very decent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, omelet and banana pancakes made freshly for you - very clean, sunny and green atmosphere in the whole areal - big shower, great washing area - comfortable big beds - late and comfortable checkin, late checkout

- not soundproof at all. should not be huge issue in General as all you might hear is your neighbors, not cars from streets or staff during the night. We had a large family next to our room with +3 kids that started their loud actions at 7am every morning.

We had a good stay here! Location is super central, nice restaurants around. They had two pools that were clean, the rooms were nice, the staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was nice.

I would say to have a house keeping sign for when you want as they would wake us up early when sleeping and would ask us to leave when we were in our room. Large groups were making a lot of noise, staff did their best to stop this but in ways it seemed some rules did not apply to some, so I would make sure that all other guests are ok as we were not the only ones who were getting a little annoyed with the large groups.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We’re able to help with Booking Tours and finding good local restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet style with something for everyone and we really enjoyed the Vietnamese Coffee ☕️ The pool areas were beautiful but it was surprisingly cold while we were there so we didn’t venture in. Overall, the location is spot on, close enough to walk to most places and if not you can catch a “Grab” for roughly 25,000VDN - beautiful, cosy and worth your $$$

We loved everything about our stay at Banana Garden Villa and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. We were a family staying and they took great care of our kids and our every need. A special place to visit with beautiful accommodation made it a really lovely stop on our journey. Rooms are perfect, clean, everything you need. Pool, gym, breakfast are lovely. Entire atmosphere sets the tone to be relaxed and the staff went above and beyond every step of the way to make our visit easy and seamless. Hope to be back one day.
