Delightful boutique hotel just outside the old town area. Modern rooms and facilities. Our village deluxe room had a balcony looking over the street. Very big bathroom with all the amenities you need. Good shower as well as bathtub, lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast with choices of western and Vietnamese food, egg station etc. Affordable laundry service. Special offers on massages and great happy hours at night. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Always helpful. Plenty of restaurants close by and along the river. Just a five minute walk to the old town area. PERFECT!

Super friendly staff who served in a way that deserves 5 star rank . All requests were met in seconds . Relaxing spa on site . Cosy swimming pool . Really good breakfasts . Specious and clean rooms . Possibility of money exchange and arranging taxi connections .

I would add European ( machine ) coffee free of charge to be served on breakfasts .

The whole hotel is immaculate, the staff are well trained and are attentive to all your needs. The breakfast was wide and varied and extremely delicious. Even the room service was excellent

Everything!! Excellent location, clean & tidy hotel, nice soft, but comfortable pillows. All staff are very helpful. Excellent breakfast, caters to everyone. 5 star hotel!!

Nothing to fault

We have been to Hoi An 3 times before.This is by far the best hotel and customer service.From the moment we checked in to the taxi departure we had amazing service,the best in all our world travels. Our room was amazing with a lovely riverview. Very airy and light and large.Hairdryer was powerful,bed comfortable,free good working bikes which we rode into town many times a day.Pool was cool and both sun and shade.Room service quick and tasty.We got a free airport pickup and free cocktails,and lunch. The staff Stella,Bella,Huy and Uyen our room cleaner,excellent customer service to you all,you all made our stay unforgettable.Little extras like book swapping,loved the quirky kettle. Wifi was good. Loved the crispy bacon at breakfast,great variety.

Fridge had those glass doors,more like a wine cooler.Drinks dont get cold enough.

It was a great hotel that looked modern and sleek. The room was big, clean, and looked lovely. Breakfast at the hotel was a superb buffet, and the pool and bar area were great too for relaxing later on in the day. The big highlight though was how great the staff were- they were very helpful and supportive, and went out of their way to support you with anything. One in particular, Ha, was very good, helping organise everything we wanted exactly to our timeframe. She was really knowledgable, extremely friendly and even took us to the meet point of a boat tour one evening!

It was around a 15-20 min walk to the centre of old town- but at least it meant it was quiet!

This was our second stay at Cozy An and we hope to come again. The staff are incredible. Service is attentive and caring. Location is excellent. We love that we can walk to the chaos of the old town and watch lantern boats from balcony. Pool is great. Breakfast and food / beverage service also excellent. We have a favourite coffee and beer place Eco Life nearby which also draws us back. Once strangers easily become friends in Vietnam.

We love staying at Cozy An. It is very comfortable and a high level of attention to detail. Would like to see plastic water bottles replaced with environmental alternative and perhaps a refillable water station. Otherwise it’s excellent

We cannot recommend Cozy An highly enough. It’s location is perfect for walking to the market and for enjoying a stroll alongside the river. It’s worth booking a room at the front on the higher floors - our room was 402- in order to watch the beautifully lit boats on the river each night. Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. There is a pool with about a dozen sun beds and the restaurant is a good size. The breakfasts are very good with a good selection of fruits, salads, savouries, pastries and eggs of your choice made to order. Look no further than Cozy An for the ideal hotel in this price range in Hoi An.

The location is quietly located away from the town center, which gave me a good break from its business. The town center is still within walking distance. There is a free use of a bicycle and it was an easy ride to the outskirts of Hoi an. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast has a great variety from local to continental dishes.

A new hotel perfectly situated close to the river walkway into the centre of Hoi An which meant an easy walk avoiding traffic. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offered both a bathtub and shower with multiple settings. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of western and local food. They even had a bottle of HP sauce to go with the bacon! Staff were excellent -professional ,friendly and always helpful. In all, a perfect stay.
