It is not to busy around the hotel. Which is good if you stay longer and don‘t want to be surrounded by a lot of tourists. The beach as well as the city is 15-20min by bicycle away. Bicycles are free, even if they are not in the best shape. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They offer free drinking water

There are a lot of mosquitos in the garden and also in the apartments, since the beautiful garden is full of plants. For me with the baby there was not so much quiet and mosquito free space, only inside the room. And there are not so many good vegetarian restaurants close by. So we decided to go to restaurants by grab car very often.

I spent a month here and it was absolutely perfect. It was so peaceful. The room was spacious and clean, with spotless wifi and smart tv with AirPlay. The pool was cool and refreshing, and the hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful area. Halfway between the beach and the old city, an easy grab ride in either direction. Also, the hotel and free bicycles to use. There is a little shop next door for the basics, some restaurants within easy walking distance, and the hotel provides free drinking water every day. The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful and kind and I was sad to say goodbye to them. They are very helpful with easy communication. I would love to come back and stay again. It was a very happy and special stay for me.

If you are looking for a place that has amazing value, this is it. We stayed in the Suite with balcony, it had a mini fridge and kitchenette. The hosts, Mai and Viet were very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is good here and they had a smart tv that you can use to watch Netflix and YouTube and even Airplay. They have free bicycle rental. Bbq pit rental on request. Scooter rental. Laundry service which was 20k VND per kg of clothes. Airport transfer as well! Just a stone’s throw away are two minimart where you can buy simple items. Mai and Viet were very helpful and gave us advise on where to buy snacks and how much it should cost. Would love to come back here again and stay. Highly recommend!

The minor inconvenience is travelling to old town from Charm champion. You could walk if you want to clock in your steps and it'll be about 2km give or take. But by grabbike or grabcar is about 14k to 40k VND one way and just takes about maximum 5 mins.

It has taken me some time to figure out what I can say about our experience at Charm Champion. Because after staying in hundreds of accommodations in over 60 countries, this might be the most special of them all. Why do I say this? The people. Thi and Tu made our experience. Their kindness, warmth, and friendship were the highlight of our entire time in Hoi An. They were like two aunties to our daughter, great friends to my wife, and always available if I needed anything from a motorcycle to a driver to a recommendation. It is these two ladies (and Thi's daughter, Linh, that we miss the most). The location. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of town, it provides both easy access to all of the sites with a serene, quiet solitude when you want some quiet time. Walks in the rich paddy were less than 100m away. And the cafe across the street became our favorite morning ritual (with excellent coffee and a beautiful family than owns it). The room. We had the top floor "penthouse", which was dreamy. We had a small kitchen in a separate room, a day bed by the window for lounging and playing, a big shower that opened to the bathroom and the balcony, and a huge outdoor bathtub that fits a small family and overlooks the morning sunrise over the paddy. This place is truly one of a kind. In many ways, our trip to Hoi A wouldn't have been nearly as special without it. And as we were leaving today, my wife and I agreed that Charm Champion was our favorite accommodation we have ever experienced in our lives. Thank you with all of our hearts, Thi, Linh, and Tu. We loved this place so much I can't think of anything negative.

My partner and I had a wonderful long stay at Charm Champion (3 Weeks). We truly liked the location of the property that is in between the old town and the rice fields/the beach which can be easily reached by bike or scooter. Having a proper flat set up with kitchen, table and chairs among other things, definitely can make you feel a bit more like home. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out with anything you need and we cant take them enough for being so supportive throughout the whole time we were there. The free bikes made our life so much easier and we enjoyed so much riding through the city. Definitely memories we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a quieter place to have an enjoyable stay in the city and experience Hoi An beyond just the old town, definitely you should consider Charm Champion.

There was a minor issue with cleaning at the beginning but this was quickly fixed by the team. We also mentioned that for us, who work remotely for long hours, better chairs would make our stay even better. This us not an issue for most people tho. And we could still keep working. But we mentioned to the staff that this could be an improvement for them in the future :)

The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close to the city center. When I arrived the staff told me I got upgraded to a room with a kitchen, which I absolutely loved. They were super kind and very helpful with arranging tours, massages, market visits, etc. The room was big and cool, because the AC and fan were both working. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. They asked multiple times whether my room needed cleaning and offered drinking water for free throughout my stay. Bikes were also free to use, which I appreciated. Overall, very very very satisfied and I will definitely go back here! 100% recommend it!

Bit further away from the center, but easy by Grab There was a rooster in the neighbours garden under our window… making noise every night at 2.30 am. So make sure your room is not at the back

The staff were very welcoming. Although my British/Vietnamese granddaughter could translate for me it was helpful that some of the staff spoke English. Our accommodation was changed without any fuss to a room which had a cooking area. This was useful for looking after my grandchildren. Also, a request for an extra chair for the balcony was dealt with very quickly.

The proper does not have a lift. It was not a problem for us but could be problematic for an individual who cannot manage several flights of stairs. There were a few items that would have been useful in the cooking area, although this should not be an issue in the future as I discussed this with the staff who will remedy it.

Distance from the old town was perfect. Out of range of crowds, but easy to walk to and from. The top floor suite had beautiful views and room to relax and spread out. We were able to use bicycles to cycle through the rice patties. The staff was kind and helpful.

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).
