Location with in walking distance from old town. Push bikes available also if you are willing to brave traffic which isn’t anything like Hanoi. (Quieter) The rooms were very comfortable with English tv channels. Good aircon and ceiling fans, bathroom huge and functional comfy bed. Grab taxi available from old town within minutes if it’s been a big day. Conveniently located out of the hussel and bussel of old town which is refreshing. Buffet breakfast is more the satisfying with plenty of staff to ensure all runs smoothly.

We stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with our stay. Treatment and attention provided by the staff, especially the front desk was exceptional. They greeted us with welcome drinks and sat with us for 20 minutes to explain everything about the hotel, give recommendations for Hoi An, restaurants, shops, things to see and things to do. Things to avoid too. They also helped us organise transfers and an excursion to the Imperial city of Hue. Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was great to sleep on, the street was mostly calm and peaceful, and there was an amazing balcony. Great room service and decent laundry service.

During my recent vacation, I stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was especially rich, offering a wide variety of fresh and delightful dishes to suit every taste. Above all, the staff was courteous, professional, and very welcoming—they ensured a pleasant experience from the moment of arrival until departure. Specially Ms. Dzung. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

The location is a bit far from the center, about a 10-minute walk. You can take the bike offered by the hotel for free, or take a taxi (around $2).

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for the entire stay. The location is ideal, nestled close to the charming Ancient Town, yet offering a peaceful escape from the bustling streets. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending traditional Vietnamese aesthetics with modern comforts. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning sunset views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. The swimming pool is a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. I especially loved the fresh fruit and made-to-order Vietnamese omelette.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. Coming from the UK we had no knowledge of the area, the receptionist team however provided us with in depth advice and support immediately. Their attentive care and consideration absolutely made our trip, allowing us to book multiple fabulous tours and always welcoming us back with a smile. The food was delicious, room was spotless and location was ideal. I would describe our stay as nothing short of perfect.

I definitely would recommend staying here, overall really good value and good location. You're about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the old town area, which is where all the hustle and bustle and touristy attraction stuff is. The rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. I found the rooms to be spacious. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding, they really do go out of their way to make sure everything is covered and you are comfortable.

We stayed 17 nights here & can vouch that this is a comfortable, clean and caring hotel, we could happily live here. If I could give them more than 10 stars I would. It’s strategically located, about 15 minute walk to old town & a 10 minute bike ride to the beach in a bike lane along the road. The hotel bikes are free. Their amazing staff is led by the helpful & charming customer relations expert, Miss Sue, who really deserves a raise for her professionalism & personality. She gives great advice, books show tickets & whatever else you need, and is generally helpful. The beds are comfy. The air con is cold. The showers are hot. The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious & nutritious. The pool is very nice & big enough for swimming laps; the small gym is a bonus and never seemed busy. There’s lots of restaurants & shops nearby for whatever you need. The food and cleaning staff are equally cheerful and charming. We will miss all the comforts of this home away from home. I can’t imagine how to top it considering the high comfort level & value for the money.

I liked everything, staff was very helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. They were exceedingly friendly and great. Breakfast is delicious with a good amount of variety and a good cycling of various foods each day. Rooms were always clean and looked beautiful with good balcony views, soft beds, nice layout, and overall aesthetically gorgeous. In summary, my stay qt Hoi An was made 10x better by booking at this hotel. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a good time!!

We loved our stay at the Golden Holiday Hotel and Spa! We have spent three months travelling South East Asia and this was without a doubt the best hotel we stayed in during our whole trip! The staff were so attentive and helpful from the start. They helped us book tours and organise a car to the airport after checking out. They also checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was so clean and staff were constantly working to keep it clean at all times. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony. The bed was very big and so comfortable. The AC worked very well in the room too. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The pool was a great addition to be able to relax by after a day of exploring! The gym is small but was totally sufficient for our workouts. Breakfast was also the best we have come across on our travels. There was so much variety and choice - it was delicious!

The wifi sometimes slows down late at night, but it wasn't a big deal! The elevators can also sometimes take a minute or two to arrive, but again, that was no issue.

Such a wonderful stay with Golden Holiday - rooms were clean and nicely decorated, pool and free bikes were terrific which we used extensively,, conveniently 15 mins to the beach and town. Spa was good value and just downstairs. Having 2 lifts on the property was also a great benefits as was travelling with my 75 yo elderly mother Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and having a sofa to lounge was a bonus. We had an issue with the ac on the first evening and they went above and beyond, transferring us to another room making sure guests had a good night's sleep. Ms Dzung and Ms Sue were absolutely amazing - so welcoming, helpful and friendly, always checking in one the guests well being. My only suggestion is to offer a water refilling station in the lobby to minimise plastic (small bottles in the rooms were insufficient and very wasteful). Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
