The shuttle was ideal to get to the main town. Loved being by the beach, with their own seats. The staff were amazing, knew our names and even called us one day when we missed breakfast to make sure we were okay! It was an easy place to stay.

The only little bug bear was the WiFi wasn't the strongest, so if you need it keep that in mind as it kept dropping out, but if that doesn't bother you then it's a great place!

Fabulous stay, overlooking a quiet sandy and calm beach. We were concerned that it may be out of the way of Hoi An town action, but in fact it was probably the best option for us. We could easily get into town and beyond using Grab, costing us between NZ$4-6 per trip, as well as the free hotel shuttle. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet met our needs - there were a few "western" options including your choice of eggs cooked to order and many local-style dishes. The staff got to know what we wanted and anticipated our needs. The rooftop pool was perfectly sized for sitting and soaking enjoying the fabulous view or lounging under the umbrellas. We enjoyed well-priced cocktails there a couple of times too. The weekend was busier, we just had to time it right to get a seat, but there was always the option to visit the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here as our first introduction to Vietnam and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Had a wonderful time, so good that we even extended our stay. All staff were very helpful, friendly and caring (also ensured safe storage of our motorbikes). Lovely rooftop pool, private and quiet beach across the road, free bicycles to rent (satisfactory condition) and free shuttle bus to city and An Bang beach. Reception staff helpful with organising motorbikes for rent which were a good value and excellent condition. Great shower in the room. Massage by Na was just amazing. Lovely little outdoor cafe right next to the hotel.

The upstairs gym is an open place with lounge and small children's play area which might not be ideal for everyone but we did not use these facilities.

Travelling as a couple we absolutely love this hotel, the coastal location is perfect for a getaway. The staff were exceptional and catered our every need and were super helpful giving recommendations for local activities. Even helped us post clothing home. Sen’s service and friendliness we a highlight of our stay!

The only fault of the entire stay was we wished the pool was open later but cannot fault any other aspects. But the beach is across the road anyways

We really enjoyed our stay at Fivitel Hoi An, we thought it was in a great location with a quiet beach just over the road and a local strip of restaurants and shops just a 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Zoey who was very helpful when it came to booking a bus to Hue and answering general questions. The facilities were very good with comfy beds, tv, clean bathroom and of course the rooftop infinity pool. The buffet breakfast was also full of many delicious foods and the staff could even make you an omelette! Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel and looking forward to coming back some day!

Located at a quiet beach , lovely rooftop pool, very pleasant staff, got a room upgrade, and also accommodated us for one extra night. It was nice to be away from the noise, good breakfast

For dinner the choices are limited but it’s very easy to eat in town and take a taxi back or eat at An Bang beach in the day or evening

Great Staff ! Large clean cool room. Strong a/c. Comfy bed and great shower. Loved the pool - although it’s small so if the hotel is busy you need to time your visit up there well. 5 min walk to stunning empty beach great for swimming. Very good value for money

Stayed at Fivitel for a week - it was such a warm welcome. Very friendly staff always ready to help you :) Great location - just a minute away from the beach. The beach (and the sea) is especially beautiful and calm in the mornings. Highly recommend!

All the staff were very helpful and supportive, especially Sen - very nice lady. Breakfast was amazing, there was everything. Wonderfull cooking lesson in the hotel - we recommend to try. Super shuttle bus to the city for free. Very good experience with this hotel. Jana + David + Bara + Teri

Very welcoming and comfortable with an amazing swimming pool and fantastic breakfast. The staff were always so helpful and friendly! Free shuttle bus and bikes were much appreciated!

It was quite a way from both the old town and the nicest stretches of beach.
