I love everything about this magical place. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The gardens around the property are beautiful and very well kept. The food at the restaurant is delicious! Fresh, (they grow their own herbs in their garden) yummy, generous portions. The staff are wonderful! Friendly, hospitable and very helpful! They offer a lot of fun adventures and there are free bicycles to use around Hoi An. This is a little oasis and I loved my time here. Sad to leave. But will return again.

The staff are OUTSTANDING. Nothing was too much trouble. We suffered food poisoning due to something we ate before arriving at Hoi An Chic and spent 24 hours in our room. The staff made sure we wanted for nothing and Ching Ching went to the pharmacy for medication. The food at the hotel was plentiful, cooked fresh, and really tasty. The room was immaculate. The shuttle bus ran on demand to suit us instead of keeping to its timetable. When we left it felt as if we were leaving family behind with the staff waving until we were out of sight.

Hoi an chic is so special to us! This was our second stay but the first time with our kids and again it was nothing short of amazing, I wish we stayed longer. Everything about this place is wonderful- the beautiful spacious rooms, amazing food (THE BEST iced Vietnamese coffees), we spent so much time having a blast in the pool. The staff are all so beautiful, they go out of their way to make your stay so special - they organised lantern making for the kids and brought around the water buffalo. Hoi an chic is now our little family sanctuary- we will keep coming back. Thank you!

This hotel is exceptional. The perfect mix of peace and quiet with easy access in to Hoi An old centre and the beach. The staff cannot do enough to look after you but not at all in an overwhelming way. They recommend without imposing. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that has worked so well for us as a family - x2 adults and x2 children age 11 and 13. The icing on the cake was the lady who took my daughter on a gentle and safe scooter ride around the paddy fields during her own time when she finished work.

We had an excellent stay at Hoi An Chic Green Retreat. We had intended to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The setting of this charming little hotel is very relaxing. The rooms is large, well equipped with a large bathroom and a large terrace. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off from the hot days in Hoi An, and above all the staff are adorable. Many thanks to the receptionist, whose first name we forgot to ask. Her little attentions and advice were invaluable. Special thanks also to Xin Xin at the restaurant for his attentive service. And let's not forget Hailevan, who kindly prepared our bikes for us every day! It was a pleasure to share so many smiles with these people throughout our stay. If you're looking for a little haven of peace in the middle of rice paddies, equi-distant from the city and the beach, look no further! And the hotel offers shuttle.

Hoi An Chic is surrounded by an abundance of rice paddy fields in An My Village - a luxurious experience of rural living. Daily breakfast is served at their sister company Chic Chill-Lax which is just 1 min walk from its location. We dined there 95% all the time as their food was exceptionally fresh, delicious and well executed - mostly Vietnamese food. Both Hoi An Chic & Chic Chill-lax are surrounded by rice paddy fields / 360 view and are owned by the same owner(s). Both premises have English speaking employees so you don’t have to worry much about communications. The distance from Hoi An Chic to the Ancient Town & Ancient Morning Market is about 3km - walking time about 30 mins. One-way by Cab is about 60K VND / charged by meters. The distance from Hoi An Chic to the Hidden Beach is about 3km - walking time about 30 mins. Yummy Vietnamese food and drinks are available by the beach with FOC beach beds. Pristine waters and peaceful with super blue sky. And lastly, there are plenty of cafes & local restaurants, provision shops along the street way to Ancient Town.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hoi An Chic. The second we arrived, the staff was absolutely wonderful and made our stay an unforgettable experience. The love they showed to our two young daughters was truly astounding and made my family feel so happy and comfortable throughout our stay. The location itself is gorgeous and by far the nicest place we stayed in all of Vietnam. I hope to return one day because 4 days really wasn't enough.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment I checked in the staff were so friendly and super helpful and that continued for the duration of my stay. After spending a busy few days in the old town, the location was exactly what I was after, nice and quiet and relaxing whilst still being close enough to the action. The breakfast was fantastic and the room brilliant. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Overlooked the rice paddy's. Traditional Vietnamese experience and peaceful, just a few minutes out from Hoian. Awesome staff. Sad to leave them. Facilities totally great value for money. Lovely pool. Very relaxing and convenient, staff make everything easy. Rooms totally adequate, comfortable and clean, have everything you need, and spacious. Would definitely recommend for those who want a real Vietnamese & cultural experience, in a relaxed environment.

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the restaurant overlooking the rice paddies in the afternoons having a cold beer. Very relaxing stay away from the busy Old Town. There is a free shuttle service that took us to the beach.

We didn’t enjoy the pool at all. The boards around pool were rotted and was not safe to walk on. There is no view of rice paddies due to overgrown trees. Lounges very uncomfortable.
