We loved our stay at Hoi An Rustic Villa! We were very lucky to have our room upgraded - it was very spacious, had one of the comfiest beds we have had on our 4 months trip and extremely clean! The hosts were so friendly and made us feel at home at the villa. The breakfasts were also amazing! You get the option to try a local dish, followed by bread and homemade jams, a pancake and fruit! They truly spoiled us. The location is great - you get to stay in a peaceful area where you can cycle through the rice fields and to the beach but that is still close enough to the old town via a cheap Grab. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the hotel, it was very aesthetically beautiful and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm (especially Sui, she was kind/friendly and so genuine!) The location was far away from the hustle and bustle of old town, and very quiet, a short bike from the beaches. Great breakfast and free bicycle rental!

Our upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the morning but that didn't take away from our stay at all. One of the hosts was adamant on reviewing a "10", which felt slightly too much and a bit pushy. Our room was humid and left our belongings slightly damp. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Rooms are nice, big and very clean. Super king size beds comfortable. Staff are available and nice, and took care of us. Free bicycle available anytime.

Noisy as this is very close to the main road. This is far from the city center 30min walking or 15min by bicycle. There are not much restaurants or cafes in the street and the homestay won’t provide drinks except at the breakfast. Breakfast : banh mi or noodle soup and pancakes.

I love this place. It's clean, beautiful and peaceful. Queen and her family are just amazing. I fell sick the very first day there and she immediately offered to make me a ginger tea and did it again at night even though she was tired herself. It was my birthday and my friend bought me flowers, I had gone out and when I returned, the flowers were placed so nicely in a vase filled with water. This really touched me. Those small gestures they notice and do for you without having to ask is the best part. The stay might not be closer to all the major tourist attractions, however, there were bicycles we could take to move around any time of the day at the stay. The breakfast every morning was wonderful, fresh, diverse and absolutely tasty!! Can't wait to come back to this stay again someday

EVERYTHING! My stay at Hoi A Rustic Villa was amazing - the family run business is exceptional! I loved my room, it was beautiful and cleaned daily. The breakfast I had each day was fabulous and Suni really made sure that I enjoyed each morning and went out of her way to make sure that my vegetarian needs were met - she was so lovely and friendly and really made my breakfast - something to look forward to each morning! She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and organising my transport when needed! Thuay who met me on arrival was also lovely and friendly and checked each day that I was happy and asked if I needed anything. The family are so welcoming and I could not recommend the accomadation and experience of staying there enough - if I could give more than 10 STARS I would - I have recommended stating there to all my friends and family and would definitely stay there again! Beyond happy with my stay there! 🤩😍🤩

There was nothing to dislike!

This is the second time we have stayed here. And will definitely stay again. Room 10/10 - Spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and super clean. Design choice is both practical and tranquil. Staff 10/10 - The best staff. Always friendly and helpful. Just ask, and they will assist the best they can. Breakfast 10/10 - Song is amazing. The pancakes are particularly good. Something different is offered every day. The morning music and open-air dining setting are good for the soul. Location 10/10 - Not far from local market. A short bike ride to the beach in one direction and old town in another. We borrowed the free bikes every day and went exploring. The rice fields are close and particularly stunning at dawn and dusk. Facilities 10/10 - always clean and inviting. We used the pool every day.

Everyone in our group of 4 had a great time staying at the Rustic Villa. All 11 rooms are huge and the location is great about a 15 minute bike ride to the beach in one direction and the same time to the old town in the other direction. All the staff were wonderful, there is a nice small pool, free bikes and the rooms have good AC and a fridge. Breakfasts were excellent! 20m down the road is a little shop selling drinks and basic food items very cheaply. We are already planning a return visit to this villa next year!

No shower screen so water goes everywhere. We had some issues with one of the bikes as the chain kept coming off.

Absolutely amazing. This place certainly lives up to the reviews, everything about my stay was perfect. You are welcomed by the most friendly helpful staff who give you a welcome drink upon arrival and tell you lots of useful tips about Hoi An. The room itself is immaculate. Beautiful interior giving an authentic Vietnamese feel about it, whilst being perfectly clean. It is kitted out with all the essentials such as shampoo, body wash and fresh water that is replaced daily. Every morning you are treated to a different breakfast that is outstanding. As well as a coffee and a juice, you get 4 courses of delicious food, including noodle soup or eggs, bread and homemade jam, banana pancakes and fresh fruit. There are free bicycles that you can use, and with everything being very close by, you can easily explore Hoi An. I could not recommend this place more highly, 100% my favourite place I have stayed in Asia.

Very kind owner and also the staff is very kind. Always when we came to the hotel we received fruits or drinks at the restaurant for free. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always asking one day ahead if we want to have a specific breakfast (mostly she came up with one option and asked if that is fine for us - also vegetarian options). The owner gave recommendations about activities and restaurants and we could directly book the activities at the hotel. Bikes were available for free to rent and also if you like to rent a motorbike, you can easily ask them and they will get one for you (150k a day). Nice pool for relaxing und between or hopping in quickly. Very big room. We took the nightbus and the owner was so kind and let us took a shower in the evening even though we already checked out.

We really don’t have anything we didn’t like. But if you want to optimize something: the WiFi could be better (but this is already picking something if we really want to search for anything).

We had a phenomenal stay here! If I could, I would give it an even higher rating. Although the weather was stormy and raining almost the entire time, we felt so cozy and at home at the Rustic Villa. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, with a little balcony and a bathtub in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff refreshed our room every morning with fresh towels, water and made the bed which was such a nice perk to come back to. The staff and owners, particularly Thuy and Xuan, were such a delight to interact with. The breakfast is SO delicious and Xuan went above and beyond with any extras we asked for. We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival and ended up staying another night and they honored the same price for that room as the other room we had booked. We also ended up losing our key on the last night and they didn’t even charge us for it! We had laundry done which was easy and very reasonably priced and they helped us book a bus to our next destination. They were very helpful with any questions we had and had great recommendations for the area and for our future travels. It is a little bit outside of town but they have bikes you can use and getting a Grab was ridiculously easy and quick so that was no issue at all. I can imagine this is an even better place to stay when the weather is favorable since the pool area is also gorgeous. The hospitality here is unrivaled. We’ve been traveling for almost 4 months and this has been our favorite stay by far. We had our wedding garments made during our time here so this will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We cannot recommend this place enough!
