Hotel is new, the bedrooms are quiet and spacious, nice view on the garden with buffaloes and river. Breakfast was very nice but the music too loud even if I have asked the waitress to reduce the volume. The bikes are available for free but need to put some oil on the chains. We could bike until the beach for 15 min and 10 min to the old town of Hoi An.

The chambermaids should clean behind the bathroom door in the bedroom. For that they need to close the door while they are cleaning inside the bathroom.

we stayed for 5 nights. The staff were exceptional...friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was average. The dinner menu was good. There were some small details such as when ordering a latte it was served without a long spoon or sugar. The staff did their best to change this but I do not think there were any latte spoons in the hotel. The spa was excellent. The shuttle into the town was ok but still left us having to walk quite a long way to actually get into town, so we tended to just take taxis. There was no mirror in the hotel room, other than the bathroom. There were bath robes but no slippers. Lots of small things, however, the friendliness of the staff and the lovely hotel offset these small items

There was a shuttle to the center of the town as well as to An Bang Beach, where the hotel has it‘s own restaurant (we only learned that on our last day) where as a hotel guest you don‘t have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. Thus the location was perfect, because it was outside all the trouble of the old town and in the middle between town center and beach, with nice river views and calm enough to relax after sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have been really happy about more vegetarian/vegan options at breakfast! Also it would be great to display if the dishes contain meat/seafood/dairy.

Breakfast was lovely but if I had to pick at something, it had the same options everyday. After staying for a few days a change in selection would’ve been nice. This is only something small, book your stay, you won’t regret it!

Superb! Little Oasis is the jewel of Hoi An. The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed. Modern yet traditional rooms are absolutely perfect, and the interior design is outstanding. The bathroom is fantastic. Common areas are spacious, fresh and comfortable. Both swimming pools are awesome. The location is very convenient, close to the old town but in a tranquil area, away from the noise. Every hour the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the old town and the beach. Breakfast is delicious with an extensive variety of local and international options. But the heart of Little Oasis is the Staff. Lucy at the desk was great from the beginning and Lona gives the very best massages in Hoi An. I would recommend the Spa experience! Every single person at Little Oasis is professional, friendly and helpful. I truly recommend staying at the Little Oasis, I'll definitely will my next time in Hoi An.

Everything is perfect!

We enjoyed the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel. It was very cheerful and we loved the artwork. The breakfast was fabulous, and we appreciated the dinner voucher that was presented to us. The shuttle was quick and always on time. The first place in Vietnam that we stayed where I didn't feel on edge!

Construction noise outside our room. Staff asked for reviews too many times.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms with a great sized balcony overlooking the river, garden and resident water buffalo. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The restaurant provided a lovely menu of local and western dishes for lunch and dinner. The location was brilliant, a short drive with free shuttle bus or cheap taxi ride to the old town which is vibrant and amazing. Heaps of great restaurants and shopping. Free bike use was great, we took a bike ride most days around the local areas, into old town, to the beach and through the local areas which are all very do-able distances. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Only 2 very small recommendations for the hotel. The bed was very comfortable but the mattress slipped off the bed as the base has no end or sides. The glass on the outside of the pool on level 5 could use a clean to make the most of the magnificent view.

Everything. Simply could not fault our 6 nights at Little Oasis. The most amazing staff, all of them -Rose and Tony were simply incredible. They made you feel at home and like family. Sad to say goodbye. 😢 It’s a tiny bit out of the main area, which was great but also not quite walking distance. But for us, with a scooter was fine and more peaceful. Rooms so nice, modern and clean. Food was great. Gym is awesome and very big with decent variety of equipment. Overall, I wish I could still be there, and we definitely will be back - especially for the price you pay. I wish i was back there. Highly recommend!

Nothing. (Maybe an extra machine or two in the gym and it would be perfect - 2/3 in there are for the same muscle group, but this is literally the only thing i could fault and im being picky😅)

Excellent breakfast - a foodies delight. Beautiful view of the water buffalo from the paddy field restaurant. Excellent staff - attentive at all times. So helpful. Excellent room - river view. 2 pools both with good views and bars for drinks Lovely bar and relaxing areas for evening drinks onto the river with the sounds of the little frogs croaking. Great location in between Hoi An old town and A bang beach away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Free shuttles into town and beach, free sun beds and towels at the beach. Prices very reasonable, we did a coffee making class which was great. Free bicycles also available which we used but also only £1 for a Grab taxi into town as sometimes a bit sweaty to walk. Walk only 30 mins at a slow pace.

My only negative points (very minor) 1) we would welcome more storage space such as side tables with drawers etc. 2) the xylophone music in the bar and breakfast was a bit repetitive and not relaxing especially as it is played across the Hoi a group hotels and restaurants as we discovered when we went to the little Faifo restaurant for a meal and heard the same music!
