The rooms are amazing, the Staff is super friendly, helpful and releaves you of any problems or questions you have before and douring your stay. The oldtown is 10 Minutes by bicylce which the hotel provides you with for free. If you go on a tour, they will adjust there breakfast time slightly forward for you.

This is complaining on a high level, but some of the bicycles where a bit run down. They have about 6 great bikes, we unfortunately where the 7th and 8th… Keep in mind though, they are free.

This quaint villa was just a delight , the staff were so attentive and friendly. We chose this villa on reviews not price and it was just so personal and true traditional Hoi An accomodation. We’ve stayed at all types of accommodation and we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great and the court yard even created shade and breeze from the heat . Breakfast was cooked fresh daily and we had lots to choose from. This little gem was the best value for money and the hospitality was 100%. Thank you for making Hoi An again one of our fave spots ! Very nice hotel with a lovely host. Lien makes sure you have everything you need, checks how you are doing, and if you need anything. She speaks English very well, and can arrange all kinds of tours for you, as well as car and drivers. Communication was very easy through WhatsApp. The room was cool (good airco) and spacious. Bathroom had a good shower. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast is good and prepared fresh. There's free water to refill your waterbottle. The hotel is situated a little bit outside of the city center, but they have free bikes and it is very easy to ride those to the historic center.

What a wonderful place to stay. The location is a fair distance away from the main town of Hoi An, which means you feel like you're escaping the intensity which is really lovely. The room is large and spacious and the balcony allows you to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The pool was the perfect temperature and gave us excellent relief from the heat after a busy morning spent exploring the town. Bicycles are provided for free and these are really the best way to get into the town or head down to the beach. The hostess is absolutely wonderful and nothing seems like too much effort. She arranged a tour for us, prepared breakfast for us well after the usual dining time and gave us excellent recommendations for where to get our tailoring done. The airport transfer was slightly late, and she compensated for this by giving us a discount which was very appreciated. If ever we come to Hoi An again, we will certainly be staying here again.

Really, there is nothing wrong about this place at all. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. One thing to note is that there are no elevators, so if you have difficulty with stairs or have heavy luggage, it would be better to book the lower rooms.

The breakfast had a good selection with very quick service. The location was within walking distance with views from our window over the river and the pool. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was large with seperate shower /wash area and chairs and a table. There was also a tv and clean fridge. The aircon and ceiling fan made for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and the lounge beds were out of the direct sun. Taxi service, when needed, was good.

The tv reception was a bit fuzzy and Netflix did not seem to be an option. No big deal as I could watch Netflix on my phone.

The minute we arrived to Hoi An Green Riverside Oasis we were greeted with love and care from Lien who I was in contact with prior to our stay. She is full of life, with a great level of English and made sure we had everything we needed as well as going above and beyond to help us organise other aspects of our trip. Thank you to the owners of the homestay too. They came with such kind energy, it really made our experience that much better! There was a great selection of food (both western and viet) a relaxing pool and the room was everything we needed. I particularly liked the large shower room. The place is quiet too despite being on a fairly main road. We thank you again for your hospitality. 😌

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Hoi An thanks to the hotel manager Lien and her friendly staff. My wife and 8 year-old son stayed in the Family Room with Balcony at level 3. The room had air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The AC takes a while to cool down the room in the summer but the fan makes up for it. The toilet was big and comfortable. It has rain shower and heated water. We liked that it had a wardrobe area that could put our luggage too. The pool was not big but my son loved it anyway. He went to the pool everyday. It was clean and had two floats that he enjoyed playing with. We really liked that the hotel provided a water filter machine and we could refill our bottles there. It eliminated the need to buy bottled water and reduced the plastic waste we would have otherwise contributed to. We had some dietary restrictions and weren’t able to eat many of the food provided by the hotel at breakfast. We chose to eat the plain baguette and fruits provided by the hotel. After seeing us eat plain baguettes for breakfast, Lien offered to prepare some food (sticky rice) that we could eat the next day. Lien and her team were responsive to our needs. We felt at home and well taken care of. The best part of our stay here is really the team at the hotel. I hope the owner gives them a raise!

The room was very beautiful and clean. The staff were extraordinary. I asked for a bicycle with a child seat, which they didn't have. But within hours, they bought a new child seat and fitted it in one of their cycles for me. The greenery maintained in the property and centered by the swimming pool was awesome. The fruit platter, along with the breakfast, was a great touch.

It is about 15 min bicycle ride from the old quarter. If bicycling, you would be already sweating when you reach there as it is very humid and hot in June. But hotels in old quarter are way higher in price.

We booked three nights in Hoi An Green Riverside Oasis Villa and felt so comfortable that we extend two more nights. We had a room with three beds, a big bathroom with a nice shower and a balcony. The room was clean and very beautiful. The TV had Netflix and YouTube. The Hotelmanager Lien is very nice and was so cute to our children. We spend a lot of time at the Pool and had a lovely breakfast every morning with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes. It was very easy to take the bike (for free) to the old town.

Small, quaint hotel were staff were very welcoming. We booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6, each night adding on another day and staff very helpful with this. We had a good size room, that overlooked the pool. Free bicycle hire which is great, city is easy to navigate

Where the room overlooked the pool, we did have to keep the curtains shut most of the time due to lack of privacy. Breakfast was basic, not good quality.
