Location just outside town suited us as it was short hop to Hoi an but set in the beautiful vegetable gardens. Very serene. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful organising trips and ensuring our comfort. So friendly!

Amazing location, right on the edge of the vegetable gardens, so it was very peaceful and picturesque, providing the perfect refuge from the heat and the busy streets of Hoi An old town as we were there in peak summer holiday season. Nga was fantastic, so helpful, friendly and caring, with great suggestions for activities and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious, served in the lovely courtyard by the pool and the view from our rooms at the top was spectacular. We ended up staying an extra night as we loved this place so much!

The water pressure in our top floor room was a bit weak, but this was more than made up for by the views and spacious rooms! Rooms had air-con only, no ceiling fan, but when we asked for a fan, this was provided straight away which was great.

The top floor rooms are worth the 3 flights of stairs. The room we were in caught both sunrise and sunset. The location of the property is quite far out from the main area but the allotments surrounding the property are beautiful to look at and nice to cycle/walk through. The property also has bikes to use free of charge. Good breakfast offering too. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was nice. The pool is great and a lovely way to cool off in the hot Hoi An sun. We ended up extended for a few nights and the owner was incredibly grateful. They have only reopened in the last 6 months after being closed for 3 years due to covid. They are incredibly deserving of your custom.

I wish there was a lift as lugging suitcases up the stairs was tiresome. A more comfortable lounge area in the lobby would be nice as we didn’t always want to stay in the room.

Everything was spot-on, super amazing! The hosts: Nga and her family are wonderful! They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable! Even the grandma Nhan, who is always smiling, helped us with our barbecue! The location:The views and the environment are to die for in a tranquil area! The location is unbeatable! In the middle of the nature, right behind the vegetable Village and between the old town and the amazing beaches! We so much enjoyed cycling around everyday and the bicycles are free! Cleaniness: Our room was super clean and comfortable! The nice smiling cleaning lady cleaned the room and changed our towels everyday! The AC is working well, hot water, comfy bed, mini-bar, TV, dining table, couch, kettle, cups and spoons and a table and chaire in the balcony to enjoy the amazing view! Breakfast: Breakfast is one of the best we had in Vietnam! Plenty of choices! fresh fruits, juice, coffee, pancakes, eggs, Vietnamese soup, fresh baguette, salad... anything you would want for breakfast and more! Facilities and services: The pool is wonderful, you are free to use the barbecue in the garden/ Laundry service, pick up/drop off all at an affordable price! Nga can also help you with tours and tickets if needed! Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Vietnam so far!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and have incredible panoramic views of Hoi An. The family owners are so kind, helpful and generous and make a special effort to make your stay 5 star. The values for money is unbelievable, and with breakfast included it is a bargain. The breakfast has many options and personally tailored to each guest and the fresh juice every morning was an excellent start to the day. The location has to be the best part as you are between the old town and the beach making it easy to go between the two. Waking up in the middle of the vegetable village is quite idyllic and very quiet, calm and tranquil. Thank you Nga and the family for an amazing stay. We will 100% come back to this lovely town and lovely hotel.,

I really can’t say anything bad, it truly was top notch!

It was our second stay here and we had a wonderful time again! The Homestay is a hidden gem right next to Tra Que Vegetable Village. It is very peaceful but at the same time only a 10 min ride away from the bustling ancient town of Hoi An. The owner and her family are very sweet and helpful and we even got upgraded into the biggest room with a beautiful all-around view from the huge balcony. The breakfast was also really good, served directly by the pool. I recommend it a 100%!

A lovely family run hotel in an ideal location. Next to amazing “salad” gardens on the little “island”. lots of cookery schools here and the aroma of the salad and herbs is to die for. Free bicycles to use as only 15 mins cycle into historic Hoi An or 10 min cycle to a sandy beach. Hotel had a nice swimming pool, great breakfast and a casual & relaxed ambience. Lots of help from the owners to organise day trips. we loved it here. thank you.

I had an amazing stay at Osaka Riverside Hotel. Located in the countryside, it’s really peaceful and only 1km from the sea and 3km from the city center (you can borrow bikes from the hostess for free). The room was really big , clean and the view on the river was wonderful. I also had access to a pool and the breakfast was really good. Definitely recommend !

Location was very nice, bit far from the centre of Hoi An as well as the beach. You can use the bikes but a lot of them are not completely okay to use. Pool is very refreshing and the breakfast is excellent!

Expensive washing (90k VND for 1 little bag) as well as the bus that I booked through the hotel from Hoi An to Hue.

The family who's holding this place is really nice. Miss Nga helped me solve my huge problem and helped me find my phone, forgotten in a taxi. The breakfasts are very tasty and she offered me to eat even when I overslept breakfast and took it to my room. The atmosphere here is very warm. I will 100% come again!
