The property has a great location on the beach with a garden and a pool for the kids to play.. Our room also had a nice enclosed backyard. The staff was wonderful and helped with ideas for activities for the rainy days. There was plenty to do with the kids despite the bad weather (circus, pottery, indoor playgrounds, crab fishing, feeding elephants and giraffes). You can get into Hoi An town quickly and there are nice beach restaurants close by. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet,

This is a difficult review as it is obvious that the owners decorated this place with a lot of love. However, the recent Covid years have left its mark. Rooms smell a bit musty and facilities are getting rusty and need a new coat of paint. But considering that guests are just now returning I don’t want this to impact the overall rating of this review , but hope that step by step the place will be updated again. It also would have been nice to know in advance that the recent typhoon had washed away the beach access.

Location, right next to the beach. Nice staff. Close to mini mart and a great local tailor. (Zozo) Very clean pool. Beautiful garden.

Small room for a family of 4. Not the nicest street in Hoi An. Limited option breakfast. The whole experience didn't feel like an actual resort.

Fabulous location right on the beach. It's not in downtown Hoi An, but for us that was a big plus. It's close enough to get a quick taxi in but far enough out to be peaceful and still has lots of good local restaurants and bars within short walking distance. My kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a good size and the air-conditioning was perfect for the hot days.

My only complaint was that in the room we had on the top floor there were some tinted windows that didn't have blinds, so it was a bit bright in the mornings.

it’s a beautiful hotel in prime position opens out onto the beach. A low building which takes nothing away from the picture’s surroundings. Lots of character with quirky details such as ceramic animals dotted around the garden peeping out of bushes. views are stunning an position is perfect. it’s on a narrow quiet road with local restaurants to eat in. There’s a pool massage area little shop an very friendly staff. You can walk into the old town of Hoi An 4.5 miles an see the paddy field being worked an the fisherman on the river. A taxi is around £3.50 from hotel to old town.

Nice little hotel in Hoi An just next to the beach. Really friendly staf, nice and clean rooms. We really loved the easy access to the beach. The little street where the hotel is located, has a nice atmosphere - little stands during the day, coffeeshops and restaurants. It's just a few minutes with a taxti or bike to Hoi An old city.

Nothing comes up. We chose the hotel already twice and will probably choose it again next time we come to Hoi An. Some other guests mentioned some come down equipment or smell in the room in their reviews. We were probably lucky and did not see or smell anything like that.

the corner 2nd floor room we had was perfect: both sides having windows with a sea view. A grassy area with lounge chairs separates the pool area from the beach. Located in a quiet 3-block section of the long beach, the hotel is next to good restaurants...a perfect location for a beach vacation. Hoi An city is a mere 10min taxi ride or you can rent a bike. The staff were super and the place extremely clean. Absolutely great value for money for this room.

That we had to leave.

The bedroom are nice bright Nad very clean with everything you need except the minibar. The view and the position is stunning, located in a small and very quiet ward, just animated by the voices of the groups of tourists at night.

If your room faces the street (not the garden) and you are sensitive to noises, it may be inconvenient to rest at night till a certain time. Breakfast is also a very essential for such a category of hotal and restaurant just serves Vietnamese food and only untill 3pm, no dinner. The neighborhood is quiet yet with limited choice of restaurants and bars. Indeed you must rent a motorbike or get a taxi to widen your choice.

Located 3 kms from town right on the beach. We weren't looking to do anything other than relax and swim. Beach was sensational for swimming in and quiet. Not a lot around the immediate area for eating apart from a few family run restaurants. We did get a Grab taxi into town a few nights which is very busy and plenty on offer re eateries

The room was small. Just a bed and a few chairs. No room for anything else. The balcony was also small but adequate as we didn't stay in our room apart from sleeping.

Location was excellent, on the beach. There are bikes available to ride around for free. Great massages across the road. Best I had so far in 4 trips to Vietnam and they even give you a snack after the massage. There is a great outdoor bar across the road. It's close to the barefoot bar which is great for a bite to eat with the kids.

Nothing would definitly stay again

Staff were amazing in telling us places to visit and organising drivers etc for us. They even packed a breakfast pack as we were leaving early. Rooms where great size and the pool and gardens were beautiful. Had filter water available which greatly appreciated and a fantastic was to available plastic bottles and waste. Area was away from the crowds to be relaxing but close enough by taxi to enjoy the old town.

Any issue was resolved quickly.
