Very pleased with my five day stay here Fabulous unimpeded view of beach and sea from floor to ceiling glass as well as a small balcony. High quality furnishings. Nice bathroom. Strong aircon. Room service if needed. Buffet breakfast included with good options. Pool and gym. Used the weights and treadmill several times and top notch quality. Presentable well trained staff. Special shout out to Pham. Arranged laundry and taxi to airport at fair prices. Will definitely be back.

Little to complain about - perhaps the coffeepot at breakfast could be hotter!

The hotel and room were modern and clean. The shared facilities were nice, including the rooftop pool which is undercover outdoor. We also had a nice view of the ocean from our room. The staff are nice and can speak enough English if you don’t know Vietnamese. Hotel is in a good location across from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. While not a stand out the buffet breakfast offered a decent selection of good food which left us satisfied and smiling.

The hot water takes about 10-15 minutes to come through - very wasteful so we ended up settling for lukewarm.

Hotel room is clean, breakfast is good and hotel staff is very friendly. many convenient store and food outlet near the hotel. I Enjoy staying in this hotel.

The information given on website is not that clear. We booked a sea view room with extra charges, we are on the impression that the hotel is beside the sea, however it is located opposite the road and behind another hotel, view is blocked by hotel in front which is taller than my room level. We do not have sea view directly from our room, can only view the sea far away from 45-degree angle in between the building in front

Nice Hotel in good location close to the beach. Rooms are well designed and modern. Some rooms have balcony with stunning sea view. Bed is very comfy! Motorbike can be parked in secured garage. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Nhat and Mrs. Van made my stay very comfortable. Price value is outstanding. A lot restaurants and small food shops around the corner. I can recommend this

Only two minor small negative issues: 1. Breakfast hours should be extended to 10 am (international standard), 2. Some of the machines in the gym need to be fixed.

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Helpful friendly staff. Especially the receptionist Tran and Manager Vo Thi My Van, who bought us dragon fruit to our room when they'd run out at breakfast. She regularly asked if we were happy with the service.the towels were lovely and thick. The young man on the door was very polite

The WiFi connection wasn't very good as it kept dropping out. The stairs to the hotel are quite steep and I have a fear of heights. We used the swimming pool and the water was freezing cold. The gym equipment didn't have the seats on the bikes.

Front desk agent was nice and very supportive. A long the trip they handle the problem related to our group pretty smoth and professional. There are some staffs i would like to say a big thank tou to them for their hospitality spirit and supporttive. That is Mr. huy , Ms. Chau, Ms. Van, Mr. Nhat.

Wifi to slow, Breakfast need to be more variety, and the hotel key - 100 keys card cost around 3,000,000 VND, so i think to spend that much of money to improve customer experience is worthy

they gave us welcome drink and fruit. spacious room and shower. breakfast included but we wanted to try locals. lovely ocean view. staffs were great (Ms Van, Ms Jenny, Mr Huy), parked our rental motorbike for us overnight, brought me allergy cream to the room in the middle of the night right after I asked for,… beachfront and there’s a chill bar across from the hotel with live music at night. easy access to corner shops, restaurants,…

An ideal Hotel, unique architecture, luxurious and very worthwhile. My family had a great vacation, satisfied with everything. Thank you to the resort and the friendly staff, especially the receptionist named Huy, Quynh, Khanh, Chau who gave me the guidance. The room was lovely, with lots of space and an excellent view of the sea. The staff at breakfast were always very accommodating.

We were left a plate of fruit on arrival, which was lovely. However, the cleaning staff left the dirty plate all week without removing it from the room and it felt that the absolute minimum of the cleaning was done each day.

Spacious reception floor. Secured key card. Gym. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff who are always smiling and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Don’t have to pay in advance.

High and wide stairs at front without handrails in the middle. Only one or two staff is not very nice but most of them are nice. Fridge is not cool enough.
