Excellent location across the road from the beach. The hotel has a part of the beach they control with free loungers. very enjoyable. All staff from reception, to housekeeping and Management were excellent. The hotel is quiet so I’m not sure how it will be if they very busy. But I can’t fault a thing. Currently breakfast is ala Carte due to low guest numbers. My initial order wasn’t perfect but after a few minutes I had a very good breakfast brought to my room. The value is also really good.

I would prefer an outside pool so I could lie in the sun, but this wasn’t an issue since I used the private beach.

The breakfast was good and the room was very nice. If not for the issue below about the view, I would have rated the hotel higher.

They advertise for either a "partial sea view" or a "sea view" room. I chose and paid for the "sea view". In reality here there is no difference between the partial and the sea view, except the price. In the sea view, you are staring straight out at a hotel next door, with just the corner showing you the sea - clearly a "partial sea view". I complained about this and they eventually moved me to where I could see the full sea, but not before having to argue for quite some time about it.

I was quite impressed with the guys in the lobby when I checked in. I was quickly severed with luggage assistance and welcome water by a girl wearing ao dai named Huyen. Especially the receptionists named Huy and Phuc helped my grandmother with the process of moving up and down the stairs. I will introduce my classmates to Vesna Hotel

Can't used youtube by TV. The air conditioner too weak. I have to wait a long time for hot water. The staff came to check but can't improve.

Hotel staff team was friendly and helpful. Ms. Nguyễn Ngọc Dẫn Thi & her associate, Rosie were especially helpful in assisting us the direction to tourist attractions and provided all we needed during our stay including extra key card and pillows, restaurant and spa services…Excellent service and location! Good values.

Rosy and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rosy was so kind to booked us our bus for our next location, she was so sweet!! thank you so much! the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was delicious it was a buffet with a lot of variety and really good quality.

Very good hotel. Corresponds to its status of five stars. Most of all, I am delighted with the staff. I especially want to mention Lisa and Ken. Thanks to them for their sensitive attention and desire to help, to be useful in any situation. They helped me a lot.

Everything perfect, team is very nice, phan diem at the enter help us find a good restaurant, and the view was crazy ! Special mention for the breakfast, maybe the best i had in my life. You'll see !
