Staffs and security are so friendly and kindness. My son was sick and vomit in the front at hotel, an old security helped us to clean up and took care of my son. I gave him tip but he refused and gave it back to my son to buy toys. I was so impressed and appreciated his mind and reception

The bathroom would flood every time you had a shower, causing the bathroom floor to be wet all the time

Like it's new and comfortable everything! Close to the beach and good breakfast....and they provide bottled water free of charge! Breakfast was good in my opinion! Staff was very attentive!

Only didn't like that when tried to confirm late check out (which was in terms of this offer) was told that- no, they will not honor late check out and if we want to check out late - we need to pay! So...I don't get it - why offer late check out ...and we were relaying on that...to be told no-- there is none!?!? And one more little but a bit annoying thing..that on arrival to the room there wasn't soap in shower room to clean hands...and when we called reception..was told that there is no option for the soap....but they will provide on this occasion and they did...but why to have haste to ask for it and have even small conversation about it?! But....I guess it's modern world now!

Value wise this is excellent. Close to everything but far enough away from the noisy street. Very clean, everything works well. Recommended. We had a couple of problems very early in our stay which the staff resolved immediately with no fuss, this is excellent service. Room cleaners are non intrusive and reasonably quiet in the mornings, fresh towels.etc if you need them. Recommended. We extended our stay a for an extra week.

The room floors are tiles and the furniture has no padding, therefore the guest in rooms above cause noise at nights, this is fairly common in viet hotels and nothing new, but for the perfect stay maybe put pads on the chair legs etc?

Very well located set back 50 m from main beach road which makes it a bit quieter- drivers use their horns all the time here. I had sea view room which technically is correct but the view is through the gap between two buildings in front and either side TBH no probs with that after initial surprise- in fact it made me chuckle. Room had everything promised modern in good condition comfy bed overall impressed. Cleaned well every day. All the staff were very nice always with a smile. Didn’t experience any Russians staying here.Mainly Chinese and europeans.The hotel is 1 minute from beach and restaurants and shops are all around. The walk into central Nha Trang is 10 minutes. Really at the price point of this place I have to give it a 10/10. I did my research and it’s very cheap compared to others. The one next door and in front was 6x the price!!! Madness The best validation I can give is that I extended my stay here. Good hotel fantastic value for money.

Like anywhere you’re at the mercy of other guests for a good nights sleep.Chinese people above me were noisy.Scraping chairs on the floor at ungodly hours. The hotel was very accommodating and gave me a room with no one above me so then it was fine.

stayed here for three nights two weeks ago.the room i stayed is sea view suite,but actually,it is a partial sea view room.the view blocked by two buildings,first saw it,a bit disappointed,cuz sea view is my main purpose to stay here. but during the stay, the whole experience is good.beside the sea view,everything is perfect. the room is big and clean, i had a quiet and cozy stay here. the partial sea view is ok,not that bad. the facility complete,TV, bath tub, shower room,mini bar.sofa etc. breakfast in buffet style,mostly vietnamese food,though dishes everyday no difference ,still enjoyable, food delicious. during the stay,i visited swimming pool and gym room, pool view is nice,but water not that clean.the location of the hotel is good,close to nha trang beach, and there are many eateries and mini mart around the hotel, convenient! if you want a quiet stay, then lucky star is highly recommended!

The room was spacious, modern, very clean, location was great, very close to beach, room were with good and hygienic A/C. The bathroom was modern with separate both for shower. Overall it was greetings value of money!

The breakfast was very Asian orientated, despite the fact that many customers of this hotel are coming from Russia/ Europe (we are not used to eat for breakfast noodles and meet). There were no fresh juices, no cold water for drinking and overall the choice was for 4*hotel a bit poor in comparison with other (even smaller) hotel. But for the price it was acceptable.

- The overall room was comfortable and clean, with a view of the sea - Within walking distance from many convenience stores and the beach (including beachfront restaurants and bars) - Relatively close to town, which is about 10-15 mins away by Grab/ taxi depending on the location - They have a spa which provides various massage options. They also have a gym and a pool.

- Some of the amenities did not seem like they were replenished after the previous guest (e.g. toilet roll was used, tissue box was half full) - No hand soap was provided in the bathroom - There were two soap dispensers by the bathtub, but they weren't labelled, so we weren't sure if they were shampoo or body soap

I chose this hotel this time when I re-visited Nha Trang as I wanted to stay far away from the center and nearer to the harbor for my regular scuba diving, and it suited me well. The price was affordable, the room was pretty clean and so spacious for me. The staff was very nice, offering me excellent service while I was staying there. There're many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

There was a road construction on my first day so it was noisy, I think the hotel is not soundproof enough.

Love how close it is to the beach, lots of great restaurants close by, very quiet.. the rooms soundproofing does well! The staff are excellent, and very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel for the great value!

The only downside is because the building itself is so narrow, sometimes at night you’ll have groups of people in the corridor area talking or being loud.. but this by far plays no effect on the hotel still a great accommodation!
