The buildings' facades, pool and gardens designs are beautiful. I could feel a real sense of tranquility walking around the gardens. Staff is discreet and provide good service. The room is clean and the AC silent. Buffet breakfast is 150k if paid separately. The hotel provide free shuttle to the closest beach but that's not the best beach.

The hotel is far from everywhere so you definitely need a bike or to use taxi. No cafes nor restaurants at walking distance. Additionally, like most of the hotels in Vietnam, they look good and give a wow impression at first but when looking closer it may be disappointing. Indeed facilities are new but the maintenance level is very low: * the seal in the shower is moldy * metal toilet paper holder is rusty - could you wood instead * wall paint is getting stains and dirty * the chair in the room could get some cleaning * some room design may need improvement for better aesthetic * my bed came with a new set of bedding but there was a black stain on white sheet...

We had the most wonderful, peaceful week staying at this hotel. The room and bathroom were beautifully designed and spotless and the pool area and gardens were pristine. The staff were all very helpful and organised dinner, hiring a motorbike and a taxi to and from the airport for us. The location is great- it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Sao beach and the beaches further south are easily accessible with a 10 minute drive.

Everything was wonderful, what a hidden gem. The only thing it lacked was atmosphere and other people... it was sooo quiet. Perfect if that's what you're looking for though! The staff were so nice and they dropped us off and collected us anywhere we wanted. So close to Sao Beach which was breathtakingly beautiful and a highlight of my trip! It should have been more expensive, and I'd have been happy to have paid more. Spotlessly clean, STUNNING landscape gardening, a beautiful pool and just a very special way to end our Vietnam trip. I hope more people find out about this place and it gets busier!!! Highly recommend 👌

How long we waited for dinner.... But that was all. Everything else was perfect..

The rooms are modern, clean, well presented. bathroom is huge. Bed comfortable. Balcony with table and chairs with cushions. Pool is huge. Gym is decent and clean. But a special thank you for the wonderful hospitality we received whilst we were here - particularly from the english-speaking gentleman (I don’t know his name!!) at reception. He was the most friendly, welcoming, accommodating host for us and made all the difference to our stay. His English was great, he provided us with recommendations, he helped us swiftly with any issues and he made it easy for us to extend our stay. Thank you!!!

This end of the island is very much under development so it’s a little far from things - we rented a scooter from the hotel each day. The breakfast is a little disappointing for the price, they need more fruit options and to ensure the food is kept restocked. If you don’t arrive early it looks very sparse. We also saw spaghetti carbonara in the buffet which made us question if they were recycling dinner food. Still a 10/10 because for the room price it’s a really wonderful stay.

The staff were very attentive and the property was clean. We visited Phu Quoc for my husbands 40th birthday and it was a perfect hotel to stay in. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff always wanted to help. Just be mindful that most people don’t speak English on this Island. The hotel is 5 mins away from Sao beach and 10mins from Khem beach

I stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Very nice and peaceful resort with an amazing place to sit and eat breakfast and have drinks. The swimming pool is very big and the whole pool area is very comfortable and peaceful. The rooms themselves were super amazing and very modern. Exceptionally clean with lovely balconies to sit on. Location is great as it is close to the beach and only a short 10 minute drive to the sunshine town with the cable car and the water show (must see) and nice restaurants and bars. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the room is tidy and clean, and it's quiet at night. As we went out for the cable car, we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool. The location is not good, it's really difficult to get a grab. It cost us 10 mins to walk to the main street, then we could get a grab. There is nothing around the hotel, so just don't go out at night.

Amazing pool .. gym was ok.. close to nicest beach .. amazing resort not too busy .. i really recommend..

Wish the gym was little better and wish they had sauna ..and wish the cleaning lady wouldn’t throw a way my stuff

So clean and quiet! The pictures are exactly how it looks! Very kind and helpful staff that go out of their way to serve. Rent the motorbikes and cruise around the island! Or relax by the incredible pool! I wanted to chase sun and solitude on this trip, and DAD Resort was the perfect place for this!
