The rooms are clean. The hotel facilities are great, especially the gym (which was very empty each time I was there. They even offer protein shakes there). There is a sauna, pool and very nice staff who provides for everything. The opening times are very long too. The best thing about the hotel might be the staff's smiles, even the housekeeping staff greeted me and gave me a smile - that was great. Great breakfast with a very attentive staff. Even for vegetarians and vegans, there are oats, oat/soy milk, beans, vegetables etc. The location is right in the middle of the historic center of the old city, and there are a lot of restaurant options. My mother and I went for a walk in the morning, and the old city was wonderfully empty.

The building is a little older which shows in the windows (you can't completely open them and as such the air in the room feels rather stuffy) and the bath tube was leaking, making the bathroom floor a small ocean after each shower. The latter might be only my room. The bad air made for a bad night's sleep, and throat felt weird in the morning. Some other small dislikes: The hair dryer was very weak and barely dried our hair. The shampoo made my hair sticky and look oily.

asked the concierge for information about the city and all he wanted was to sell us the hop on hop off tour. seemed to have no idea about anything. fortunately there was a tourist information office just across the street where they told us about all the fabulous museums and things to see in Dresden. called housekeeping to pick up laundry and were told we had to take the clothes to reception ourselves and that they couldn’t be sure we’d have them back the same day even though the information specified it. obviously didn’t use that service

The location is perfect for seeing Dresden! You can walk to a lot of the sites. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. They serve American coffee if you prefer that. Everything was clean! We had laundry done there. While that was pricey, it was back quickly and we’ll done.

The location is very good as it stays in the centre of Old Town Dresden, near the famous church of our lady. It is also close to the information centre. Able to walk around the beautiful city of Old Town Dresden. Food and drinks are great and delicious. Nice place to stay.

The carpet at the corridor may contain allergens. It induced my asthma symptoms.

My family and I enjoy your breakfast buffet perfect to start the day and walk around the city.

What we notice is we have no free water in the room which we got use to have in some hotels, maybe because its not additional to the one that we had booked,but its ok there is a lot of shop where you can get and buy, and then some spider webs and old and broken office chair, I was adding those review not to make the hilton bad or so, it was just for you to be aware what your guest expect and not to expect because HILTON HOTEL has a great name and famous all over the world.🙂But in general we had fun enjoy the scenery and shopping, bring gym stuff and swimwear if you have kids they will enjoy it like my son. The location right in the middle of the historical centre of town is ideal, particularly if you are not using a car to get around. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast excellent. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

There was nothing not to like here.

Breakfast was brilliant, huge selection of fresh fruits with lots of breads and hot options available. We could also order freshly cooked eggs, which was great (although only found out on the last morning)

Sometimes the yoghurt selection was mixed up. This led to me choosing the 20% fat quark and not the 1.5% fat natural yogurt

Personnel was great, attentive and courteous, everyone was really professional. Well done!

The German rule to enforce naked mixed sauna attendance is inappropriate. It is very confronting, uncomfortable, unnecessary and unpleasant. People should not be forced to see naked males and females in sauna. It is very off-putting to attend spa all together.

Location location is the best in Dresden.we had an executive room so a continental was included and of superior standards. We had a corner room with a brilliant view of the river Elbe.

We are not fans of bathtubs !

Great location, you are basically on the main square. They have a parking lot below the building, you need to pay extra, but it's very convenient. Breakfast had pretty broad options. The wellness center is nice, they have sauna, jacuzzi (outside), small pool and a gym.

Wellness center should be included in the price
