Lovely, well maintained rooms, well appointed. Well insulated, we heard nothing even though it is located at the airport. Needed a room to sleep in the area because of a very early flight overseas. This is the way to go, it is perfect. The staff is impeccable and professional. Easy check in and easier check out. We ate at the hotel restaurant and we had large portions ( very good). I will stay there again.

Our flight departed at Terminal two and the hotel is at terminal one; but we were earlier than the train started at 05:00 am). After a quick recce, we found out that the bus shuttle was located just below the hotel … and was great because it runs 24hrs, although at reduced frequency. All in all problem solved.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel can be reached without going outside of a building. There is a bridge between the airport and the train station with direct access to the hotel. Depending on your walking speed, you can reach the baggage drop-off points in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast is excellent, but it has its price. Besides the bed and a big bathroom, I had a big flat screen and desk for working.

a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

The rooms were not fancy but were clean and had tea/coffee. It didn't really feel like a Sheraton (no mini bar etc, not very special). We didn't have the breakfast as it was very expensive. You can actually either go to the bar to get coffee/pastries, or a 1 minute walk into the walkway to the terminal there is a much better value pastry and coffee counter.

For some reason they block CNN on the tv. Also in spite of the fact that several people were waiting in line to check in, the one (very slow) receptionist didn't go ask for a colleague to come assist.

The location (accessible by covered walkways to the airport terminals and train stations) is fantastic after a long haul flight arrival. Almost all the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Carolina Bart. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's nice that you can access some shops etc and there are many dining options.

I love having non-carpeted rooms but(!) it does make it a little noisy (noise from room above). There seemed to be a focus on the time you were anticipating check-out and your card is set to the time you indicate during checkin (this wasn't explained). I had to get my card reset as I was a little later than I had indicated on checkin (but well before official checkout time, 2.5 hrs hours before in fact) and the staff member was rude. Checkout time is 12 noon, so set the cards to that time. If people leave earlier, have a system so housekeeping knows the room has been vacated (like most hotels do).

Was extremely difficult to get to from the rental car return. No directions and mapping takes you a roundabout way.

Just across the airport, makes it perfect for a full rest night before another flight in the morning.

Lack of indications on the arrival area, we were a bit lost. We found the way finally when we decided to cross the street into the working area and see a bridge. From there was now easy. Rooms lack soundproofing towards the corridor. We were placed far from the elevator, which in this case was good, because anyone passing and chatting on the corridor seems to be in the bed with us.

The environment, the room, the cleanliness, the location attached to the airport easy to get to did not have to go outside surprise that they offered an early bird complementary breakfast starting at 3 AM, which was nice. We were on connecting flights and did not have our luggage. Therefore it was nice to come and have all the toiletries provided. Have access to free Wi-Fi and have a comfortable environment to stay the night.

The toiletries one of them was empty when we arrive, but I called the desk and staff quickly came to replenish the supplies. Everything was as expected from Sheraton.

Convenient location for just an overnight layover or longer stay. The train station is also just steps away! Beautiful architecture to view and watch fellow travelers especially with all the Xmas decor! Well done!

Nothing really, with a small exception: add some local fare to the menu. Thee are 2 restaurants that we found on Xmas Eve. One served a special Xmas dinner @75€/person. The other restaurant served U.S cuisine only and we were hoping for some German dishes. We didn’t have time to go out on Xmas eve searching for schnitzel or brats. That was the only disappointment. The steak was obviously previously defrosted and unevenly cooked as we asked for medium rare. It was dry on the edges and med rare inside, not much flavor. We were starving and needed some protein before bed. The beer and the mulled Erin were good! Every staff we talked to was great though!
