We are not demanding travelers but this place hit all our mandatory requirements. It was a short train ride to terminal 1 at the airport and we had an early flight. We were traveling as a family with 3 kids and requested rooms to be near each other which we received. Wifi was good, rooms and bathrooms were clean and rates were reasonable. We would recommend this hotel.

We caught the train in the morning and forgot to inquire about the different methods of transportation to the airport. Some information in the lobby or their website would be helpful. Not a complaint but a suggestion.

Well located for airport stays. Perfectly silent. Reasonably priced.

The mattress in the roll-away bed was a bit uncomfortable. If you are a picky sleeper traveling in a family group, you may consider booking two rooms. You cannot walk to the airport. Terminals 1 and 2 are about 6km away. The hotel provides a shuttle for (I believe 10 EUR per person) which is a bit pricey for such a short trip. Terminal 5 is permanently closed, so although walking is possible, I am not sure it would make sense.

Good walking access from the nearby train/bus hub of "Schönefeld Airport T5" - a nice relic of when -this- was the actual airport. Maybe three blocks' walk, on good sidewalk with street crossing signals. Good place to stay for quick trips to the capital city - took about 30 minutes to get from Neukölln to the hotel via the U7, changing to the X7 bus at U Rudow.

Posted info on getting to airport (shuttle) would have been nice. My keycard envelope was checked "Breakfast Included" - when I asked about this, later - they said "no, it is not". Ooops.

As staying not first time just now hotel under different name - all was good just stuff was not friendly at all.

I stayed in this hotel many times then schonefeld airport was this working.However once hotel changed name to branderburg i coudnt recogonize that i book hotel so far away from real airport. I was with new born babe and couldnt imagine that i will need take a bus in the middle of the night to reach airport as i was thiking im booking hotel near airport -walking distance. This is really feel like a scam

It was close to the airport. It was far enough from hustle and bustle for us to feel stress free. It was very clean. Staff were ready to explain and respond to questions numerous times if needed. Breakfast was clean, delicious and they had everything one would want and more. They had slippers and more than enough towels. Even robe towels. We really enjoyed it there.

There was nothing we disliked there. Maybe if they had at least one kids channel in English, it would help parents catch a bit of rest once you arrive at the hotel. :)

Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had modern fixtures and finishes and a very comfortable bed. Wifi was good. The hotel is easily walkable (5 minutes) to the train station to head into downtown Berlin for the day or to/from the airport (take the train to Terminal 1 or 2) with a carry-on; however, it would feel like a long-ish walk with lots of luggage. A taxi or Uber (slightly cheaper) will run you €15-20 to the airport, so factor that in. But the hotel provides a transit pass, which is a wonderful perk, especially if going into Berlin! It was not initially offered to us -- to be fair, I think the staff member initially just thought we were only there overnight and had seen us come in a cab -- so do ask if you need one. But staff were friendly, spoke English, and very helpful with mapping into the City when we asked.

Suggestions: 1) Signage at the end of the parking lot pointing the direction to go on the path to the train station would be helpful. It's obvious once you know, but not so much for a first-time visitor. For those reading this review, go right on the paved path as you leave the parking circle. As you approach the station, there are two station buildings to enter/exit the station. You can use either, so may as well use the one straight ahead along the path. 2) We weren't at the hotel during typical breakfast time anyway, but I think including simple breakfast items or at least having a coffee/tea bar would simplify things for travelers and make this hotel an even better value.. (There was a coffee machine in room.)

We traveled by u-bahn directly from the airport to the hotel. The journey is quite short and the hotel is very close to the metro station. The place is beautiful and the staff is very responsive. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very delicious , with various of food.

I wouldn't say it's a problem, but a bit far from the downtown. But the transport is regular and you can reach your desired destination.

A perfect overnight hotel for airport/business travel customers. Fairly priced, with easy parking (at a cost), or close to the BER T5 train station. The room had all you need: sound-insulated, a good, comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with a great shower. WiFi worked perfectly (you have to sign up for their loyalty plan - it's free). The bar & restaurant are also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I could mention a couple of minor things, but I'd be being petty!

The room and bathroom were clean. Good soundproof, trains are barely hearable with windows closed. Water heater, cups and coffe/tea are available in the room. They also have a fridge with is quite useful.

Train station is a few minutes away but it takes about 30-50 minutes to reach Berlin, which could be tiring for city breaks. However, it takes 10 minutes to reach Terminal 1-2 by train, which is very convenient. The bed has a single mattress and there is small LED light that is powered on all the time. It might be useful when waking up in the middle of the night, but it's also annoying.

About 7 min walk to the train station. Great breakfast! Room was nice and clean. Good place to stay close to airport. They give you free transportation card during your stay which was a big plus! Staff very nice and friendly!

Be aware you have to take the train 2 stops to the airport.
