Room was fine, bed comfy, staff ok (some friendly, some like zombies), wifi fast enough to Zoom/etc. (when working). Breakfast was ok, just be prepared to cook your own boiled eggs, omelette and squeeze your own juice!

Parts of the wardrobe collapsing! Wifi was out for 26 hours. Was an ISP issue, could connect to WiFi, just not the internet. I raised it first, initial lady on reception just didn't understand (English/French translation maybe?). No comms on the situation, had to keep asking. Was an issue as was working from the hotel. Some of the staff seemed half dead, like they'd been forced to come to work!! Pillows rubbish too.

The location was great. Bercy Village was round the corner and had an array of supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. That was a great find. Also has a metro station in about 4mins walk . Super connections into City Center and beyond The rooms were air-conditioned and quiet which was very welcome as it was 36degrees in Paris during our visit. The breakfast serving is not great. Bakery, Cereals and cold cuts only.

The location near Bercy Village and transportation was so convenient! So many restaurants to choose from and small grocery store to cook in our room. Staff was so very friendly! We especially enjoyed the kind greetings from Anthony at the front desk.

No one told us we had a Murphy bed. It was very cramped until we figured it out. The couch cushion has a HUGE stain, and I had to wipe smears off the walls. TV in our room had less channels than our friend in another room. Balcony was a mess and other Balcony smokers caused us to close the window when their smoke fumes came into our room. Loud air conditioning ran constantly, but the room was often humid and warm.

Located very near to train station. Room is equipped with air conditioning. Many restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

I washed my clothes in the washing machine in the basement. I then spent much money and time to try to dry my clothes, but to find that the clothes were always wet. There was no difference before/after I dried the clothes using the dryer. After figuring out the hose connections of the dryer, I discovered the output hose of the dryer was NEVER connected. It meant that there was no way for any moisture or water to come out from the dryer. That was why my clothes were always wet and all my money was wasted. Basically, the "dryer" in the basement was not properly installed and thus would not dry any clothes. My advice: DO NOT USE THE DRYER IN THE BASEMENT.

Very interesting location adjacent to a cute mini shopping street that has a handful of interesting shops and restaurants. Nicely connected to the metro, friendly staff as well. We booked the studio with integrated kitchen and organised breakfast ourselves. The room was perfectly suitable for this and this hotel is really a good value proposition for the price.

Nothing really - check-in and out were smooth. Not the nicest view perhaps but that's it.

Hotel close to subway 14 that connects to several other lines. Bakeries, restaurants, supermarket very close. Room with good heating, good shower, spacious, with all kitchen utensils. Easy check in and check out. very good.

there is no room service every day. I think you have to apply. I didn't apply so I'm not sure.

Helpful staff. New and nice room. Good facilities. They let us checked in at 12PM which is great after long flight. Near long-haul bus station.

The location is in zone 3. It would cost you a bit more to travel across Paris City Center.

The location was Superb!Also, very clean hotel and friendly staff!Very close to the Bercy Village with all sort of restaurants, cafes,supermarket,etc.The metro station is only 2 min away.Next to a park.The area is very safe for families with kids.Highly recomended for families!!

No daily cleaning of the room, but it was ok.There were extra bags to change the bins.

I like the fact that it is aparthotel, which means there is a decent kitchen in the room. The room is spacious, it looks very newly renovated. It is warm and comfortable. The area around is full of life, there are numerous cafes and restaurants. It is very close the the bus station and underground.

Staff was welcoming and supportive. 1 Bedroom apartment was really spacious and has all the needful for 5 days stay. Location is great and in a quite area, yet having all requirements in the Bercy Village and very easy to reach.

Housekeeping was not provided throughout the stay. When I asked about it, they said that it is provided for stays longer than 7 days only.
