Our accommodations were beautiful, and we stayed in a king suite. Reasonably priced. It was close to Roger's Place, where we attended a concert.

Upon checking in. A friend had come along with us but was staying in another room with a friend (Name under booking) that was yet to arrive. He was going to visit our room briefly until the friend arrived and the room became available. One staff member was fixated on our friend and kept asking questions about him. I did my best to explain our situation, but staff members insisted we purchased another room. Before the situation can escalate, another staff member intervened and allowed us to check in without issue.

The staff were amazing and very helpful in all aspects of the transaction.

Their hallways are ice cold. And I know with it being a jacuzzi suite it's difficult to get everything clean but there was mold around the back half of the jacuzzi tub granted its slightly difficult to get in those spots. Also found someone's vaping device between the bed and night stand. Which leads me to think the rooms are being rush cleaned which brings up a health concern. We also feel that breakfast should be on until 11am as it gets extremely busy and not a lot of space or time to enjoy a proper breakfast. Perhaps more waffle makers. And larger food warmers for eggs and such. As the wait for food refills takes a while.

breakfast was good and the weekend options were even better. Location to venue Rogers was great. Parking rate was the best in the area and was a factor in choosing the hotel. Staff at the front were friendly and helpful.

the bathtub didn't drain well and with two people taking a shower it really took a while. I am sure it is just blocked and needs to be cleaned out. We let the front desk know on our departure. Overall the room was clean and spacious.

I was greeted with a polite and smiling desk receptionist. Had excellent manners. When I had requested more sugar and coffee, the desk receptionist filled my request promptly. When I went to check out, the morning receptionist was smiling and making sure that everything was good, and if I needed help with anything else before I left.

I did notice that there was some jam that was washed off, but still somewhat sticky.

I am a regular user of this hotel. It is very convenient for me. When I book I always ask for an early check-in if possible, and they have always accommodated that. In my last two visits however, email responses to this were met with a response that early check ins would necessitate an additional fee. I asked if they really wanted to do that to a regular client. Management somewhere was doing their job because they nixed that and moved me up to the Presidential Suite for my latest stay as a courtesy. Good job whoever was overseeing that. You kept a loyal client.

They have good security at night time, doesn't let anyone stay in the parking lots. Safe hotel, but dirty pool. Hot tub wasn't always hot all the time we had to call for them to make it hot. I found a bug in the cold water pool

I didn't like that room service would take long in this small building. The room service would clear the floor fix thr bed. But just leave the garbage leave the dressers messy, like yeah I know it's my job but I paid to stay here lol. Long room service take for ever lol

The location was excellent as we were flying from the airport the next morning. The free shuttle was very much appreciated. We were very comfortable in our room and the buffet breakfast was more than we expected. We arrived much later than expected but the lady on reception was kind and helpful.

Did not stay long enough to notice any downsides.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy bed and room. Solid hot tub, if a small pool. Delicious breakfast included with the price. And a reasonable price at that.

Netflix and YouTube apps on TV service didn't work. Not a deal-breaker, though. I have both apps on my phone, and with wifi, I could watch them on there anyways. While it would have been nice to cast to the TV, that's nothing that would keep me from coming back again. Still highly recommended

We stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite which for some might think it is a little outdated, but for most people it is very clean and serves the purpose of affordable accommodation in the perfect location downtown. We will definitely book this again The breakfast has many choices but real eggs and sausages would be a major improvement. The P & L Restaurant in the hotel is definitely a 5 star, and the staff is so accommodating, ate there twice. Walked to the creperie for dinner twice which is probablý one of the best restaurant's in Edmonton and has been for the last 47 years.

There is also a very dark and noisy bar on the main floor, which is also non smoking which has alot of the client's standing around the doorway for the smoke break. The menu for this room looks very interesting but we did not go in, and walked to several other restaurants in the area. For some reason housekeeping was told we did not need the room serviced and that took us two days to straighten out but all went great after that.

initially only cared that this hotel was within walking distance to rogers place. however room was spacious and comfortable. pool, jacuzzi and sauna available though i did not use. breakfast was generous -cereals, hot and cold, eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt...better than most places! other guests seemed respectful of overnight hours, no problem sleeping. the hockey game was good. edmonton is okay. this hotel is 'two thumbs up'. i have no problem staying here again.

paying for parking, but it is what it is. don't know what other rooms are like but the window in my room faced the pool and faced other room windows. as a result, i kept the drapes closed the entire stay.
