I traveled to El Reno for a training; I arrived around 9pm, I checked in and as my family and I were carrying our bags in, the gentleman at the desk noticed that booking.com booked me under a one bed room instead of the two bed room I picked and paid for. He quickly changed it for me! The beds were sooooo comfortable!

The lighting in the room was dull, not a big deal just, threw me off lol

Staff welcoming and friendly, cleanliness of motel, bed was comfortable, easy access from main highway.

We went early so we could go swimming and relax before attending our evening event. Upon check in was told the pool was not in use. "The heater cracked and it was putting metal into the water, so noone could swim" That was the only thing that we didn't like about our stay. We will make sure upon booking next time

The hotel is nice and quiet. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Bed was comfortable no issues with the AC or Hot water

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. A/C worked excellent. Price was GREAT!

No breakfast. Offered a hot orange juice, granola bar, peanuts, hot bottle of water, and a fruit cup. Yuck. There was no spa, like what I saw in pictures. Was not a roll in shower as pictured in Handi-cap rooms. Was a tub with a shower chair. My husband is physically and mentally handi-capped. Along with us being old. I didn't give him a shower. Grab bars in tub were all wrong for him to be able to transfer onto chair in tub. Be sure to ask questions about things like breakfast...

Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast layout. PRICE is great.

The website advertised an indoor pool which was NOT functional when we checked in.

Quite. Room is spacious. Decent breakfast. Close to other businesses and easy to get to.

Beds are hard. Air conditioner didn't keep it very cool

Easy to access from highway.

Place was clean but looks a little tired. Could use some attention, back of bathroom door had lots of missing veneer etc.

The room was awesome. The staff did a great job. Check-in was easy.

The only thing that needed improvement was the Wi-Fi signal to the second floor was bad kept shutting off and it was kind of slow

We are an older couple. They gave us a handicap room because they had one available. Was a nice surprise since we hadn't asked for it.

I can't think of anything negative. O

The breakfast was nice and certainly a welcome feature.

The shower lacked any shelf or tray whatsoever, so one had to place the soap (and razor) on the floor.
