Modern Decor, Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows and plush comfortable. Accesible electrical plugs on bothsides of the bed that made charging my laptop very easy while working in bed. Very close to several restaurants within walking distance. 10-15 minutes drive to Uptown Charlotte and more restaurants.

Addtl $200 deposit was needed at checkin that was not mentioned in hotel info or policies before booking and said if will not be refunded until 5- 7 days after checkout. Ive heard of $50 incidental holds but not $200 Ice maker was out on my floor and had to go to another floor to get ice. The carpet smelled a little funky. I had to get a candle to burn and some fragrant Lysol diinfectant spray.

The location was great for our needs. Within a good distance to everything! The bed was by far not the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on at a hotel, although it was not great. The room was a good size for two people. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall I was very happy with the stay (and it was the cheapest option I could find for the weekend). I would definitely be willing to stay there again.

The bathroom was a little small, but not enough to make me wish I had stayed somewhere else. The only concerns I had were the handles on the sink for the bathroom did not seem to be cleaned well, and the inside of the fridge could have stood to be cleaned a little better. Although, neither were "disgusting". Just could have been wiped over again. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would be willing to stay there again.

I like the location and area. It seemed peaceful and quiet and away to get away from all the noise & traffic after a safe flight. My husband and I were able to grab something quick to eat & then just relax.

After night fell, someone on the 3rd floor (where our room was located) started yelling and using profanity. At this point I was awaken by the loud screaming & bad language. The next morning the same thing and my husband said that he couldn’t sleep either he walked outside to see 2 females arguing and using profanity towards each other

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Good quality shampoo,conditioner,soap and lotion.

No tea bags in the 3 tea containers at breakfast bar. Staff told me they are only allowed to use Choice hotels branded bags and they were ordered 4 months earlier. Plus lack of selection at breakfasr. All carbs except yogurt. Saw cream cheese in frig but no bagels. Only choices were wheat or white toast, 1 type muffin, waffles or 1 adult cereal,1 childrens. Saw grits and oatmeal packages but no hot water available to make them.

The breakfast was nice however they cleaned up and cleared the breakfast and coffee stuff too early. The coffee should have been accessible for a while longer. I was only able to get 1 cup before it was all cleaned up (& checkout wasn't until 12pm) It was all cleaned up before 9:30 am.

The receptionist we encountered the first day was very pleasant compared to the next ones. Breakfast was good the first day, two types of fruits at least and premade sandwich that made the variety. The place and pool were clean, there was not noise.

Even though breakfast was good the first day it would be better if there would have been some ham, eggs, cheese, sausage. However, the second day all we could find was carbohydrates and one type of fruit not even sandwiches. The smell of cigarette smoke inside the building wasn't pleasant.

The breakfast was good. There could have been two choices of Fruit. I love a banana for Breakfast.

The was good and comfortable. The noise or talking from hallway was heard. But it didn't last long. Thankful that there were no rowdy guest.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were accommodating and the housekeeping staff checked to see if we needed anything daily. We would definitely stay here again.

Limited length of stay. You can only stay 7 days at a time.

I love how clean they keep everything. That's what make it a comfortable place to stay. And I will recommend it to other people.

When you clearly mention don't go in my room when I am not there someone went in there anyway. I told management and it was handle. So it didn't happen again. I am satisfied.

it was a good quiet place not very many people, the staff was very nice. the location was perfect for our needs.

there weren’t that many towls in the room for our showers. also this wasn’t too bad since we did book a smoking queen, but there where cigarettes ashes in the window. the windows where also dirty, there was like some kind of film.
