The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

The key cards to the room kept deactivating but, the employees were always happy to redo.

I like the room. The size was ok. Pool was good. Hotel was fine generally. Location was good.

The breakfast was not enough. There wasn’t enough things to eat. It was finished 9:30 and they closed the kitchen even we were there. We like to drink black tea and my daughter wants cheese at the breakfast. We had to ask for them. They have tea and cheese but you have to ask. The lady brought them from the kitchen.

Property was very close to Texas Tech Campus. I went for a graduation and it took no time to get there and back. I really enjoyed how polite the front desk was. I asked to be put on the same floor as my friends, and check in early because of my flight and he was able to do both.

Parts of hotel were under construction, so the gym was closed, and outdoor pool was unavailable.

The facilities the BAR in hotel on 2nd floor, small and convenient, nice bartender too! The pool is SO NEAT we didn't get to use it it was closed due to lightning but looks so neat goes under building they are very accommodating making sure we got the rooms we wanted, very nice staff nice size rooms big bathrooms and showers!!!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good however there was no syrup for the waffles. You have to have syrup. I have small children and they will not eat their waffles without syrup. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Everything was good. Conveniently right off the highway and close to the children's hospital and park. Rooms were clean and there were various amenities (like the two complimentary drinks from the bar). Kids loved the pool.

Bed was really comfortable, room was on 2nd floor and quiet. Accessability to hotel was great and parking was roomy. Orange juice at breakfast was too watered down, ran out of maple syrup. Eggs and biscuits were great. Only one choice of dry cereal. There does need to be some minor improvements, lights in elevator were burned out, some trim in elevator needs refinishing. Front desk was very friendly.

Daily breakfast. Comfortable bed and a quiet, clean room. Very friendly owners and staff.

Fruit at Breakfast could have been fresher. Some mold issues in bathroom. I think the caulking needed to be stripped out and redone. Also, I think cleaning the bathroom fan might help . I sprayed white vinegar for several days and it improved the mold smell in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed stuff. The new bar scene was nice and the breakfast was good as well.

The only thing that I didn't like was how loud it was at night some people I guess were drunk and they fell against the door or hit the door or something and scared us out of our sleep.

Location close to Tx Tech. Breakfast good & no contamination for my in need gluten free husband. My daughter said OJ Lil watery. Staff helpful!

Fluffier pillows. OJ less watery. More option for plant based milk or gluten-free.

Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, I slept great. If all you need is a decent place at reasonable price to get some sleep, this is a great deal. The building is old, but the lobby and room were updated and clean. Bathroom was clean with modern, working shower and toilet, which I’ve found is not always the case! So overall this is a good deal. Older place, a little dark and dingy, but for the price it’s a great option.

AC was not the best, room was a little damp and sticky. TV was low quality, which is not a huge deal to me, but if you’re accustomed to modern high definition TV you will not find that here. Just one small window, and not great lighting so room was dark. Some may like that, I just prefer lots of light. But it was good for sleeping for sure.
