All good with one big exception. See below

Fox TV news was on in the lobby as we checked out. At the very least have a local news station. CNN is pretty neutral territory except for the extremists out there. I never return to hotels that have fox on the tv. Thanks for listening.

The whole interior plus the room were completely renovated. Very stylish, roomy and comfortable. The bed was perfect and I really liked the lighting over the couch and the desk. The coffee was good. Staff was very nice and recommended a good restaurant.

Having Fox News on the TV downstairs. Is it possible to put on a neutral TV station? A little more protein and healthy grains for breakfast. I just had the yogurt.

The breakfast was plenty in these times of covid. When we are not fighting a losing battle against a pandemic I am sure the breakfast area is more lively, full of staffers bringing out buffet items and the area is a buzz with guests. The food choices were good and I had a hot veggie breakfast wrap.

Not sure I was missing anything from my stay. Room was clean and the view from my room overlooked the parking lot, which is nice so I could see my car. I was there to enjoy the Tomato Festival. In the future, if you want more guests in mid-August you might tie in the festival with your hotel and offer shuttle service back and forth.....in a time when there is no covid to worry about, of course.

Breakfast was the standard for most hotels - eggs, cereal, fruit, pastries, waffle maker. Area was neat and clean and well stocked.

There was a light out in my bathroom and no towel racks for the clean or used towels to hang on. AC unit was a loud, but not loud enough to disturb me while sleeping.

The room was beautifully renovated and was very large. The staff was so nice and everything was awesome. We will definitely be back!

The pool was extremely small and the hot tub had been removed.

We have been coming to this hotel 2 or 3 times a year for the last 10 years and we have been always happy with our stay. This last visit we stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was beautiful.

It served our purpose. Booked it for OSU game.

a bit run down in general. Staff was okay. Beds were too soft, couch in room had stains and no cushion support. when I sat on it had a hard time standing up due to sinking in it.

Location and pricing. Family lives close by. Lots of restaurants and stores are nearby,

I requested a quiet room but was assigned by the elevator and ice/vending machines. Very noisy! Usually when I request a quiet room, this is not a problem. Hotel rooms need updated.

Large, beautiful accommodations.

Tub was slippery and could use safety bar inside tub. There were no towel racks in the bathroom.

The staff was amazing. I called ahead to ensure we were ok for late night check-in ad asked to have rooms near each other since we are one big family. The staff said they couldn't promise anything but would try. When we got there, we were give adjoining king suites. Which was absolutely perfect for the 8 of us. 😁
