Love this facility in every way. The bedding is so comfortable and the staff is always curtious. The facility is also very clean.

I used to stay here many times during the riding season at the VA Horse Center. Now, the prices are much higher than I use to pay and won't be able to stay as often. I booked my room weeks ago and 2 nights were $435. My friend came in Saturday and was able to get her room for $120???

The Best Western was easy to locate. Plus it was conveniently located to nearby attractions. The room was quite large and provided adequate space for my family. The two queen-sized beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was great and there were no issues with the hot water. The breakfast, included in the cost of the room, was great. There was hot foods, such as omelets and pancakes, and also cereals and bagels.

The fold-out sofa bed was not comfortable, and the mattress springs could be felt and heard throughout the night.

Police waking us up at midnight but this was not under your control. Wish for a shower wand - it is so much better than just a shower head

room was nice with balcony , lots of spider webs on balcony, and in doorway to balcony. people were very friendly. Breakfast was good, ladies at the breakfast area were Very Nice and helpful

got charged two different rates ,, 2 nights one rate,, last night was higher, don't understand that

The rooms were a little small and the walls a little thin.I could hear my neighbors talking and slamming doors right up till 11:00 PM The area for walking Pets was not kept up as far as customers picking up after Pets.

Everything was great for the most part, friendly staff very nice and courtesy. Rooms were clean and hotel was well maintained.

Check out clerk seem to be a bit Rude and not friendly at all. I had to clear my throat to announce my presence when clearly she saw me walk up. Her tone didn’t come off as pleasant and I had to tell her to have a nice day. You want your guest to return or suggest to future stayers why your establishment is great for hotel lodgings. Her customer service should have been a lot more friendlier and welcoming back for future stays.

The breakfast was simple but good. The pool is smaller but big enough and the kids loved it. Great location. Comfy beds. I slept great.

it was my first time ever staying there. I arrived after dark and they checked me into a ground level room with a back door. Since I was not familiar with the property, I was concerned about the ground level entrance into my room.
