We liked all the amenities; hair dryer, refrigerator, AC was great, coffee maker in the room, Bed was good. The view from our room from the 4th floor of the river was beautiful!

The pillows were a little too thick and firm. The bathroom sink needed more counter space. The work out room was closed for maintenance.

Window did not close entirely. I was on the riverside and second night they had 40 mph wind gusts. Needless to say the window issue kept me awake all night. Otherwise, the hotel has greatly improved in the last year; cleanliness and services.

We were not told that we had to ask for room service, so it was a surprise to see we did not have clean towels etc. after a long hit day at a motocross event.

The view was gorgeous, woke up to Misty mountain range across the Columbia River. The fellow that checked me in was very courteous and accommodating. He should get a raise.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a great view of the river. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Very peaceful place to stay.

The spa didn't look to inviting. We brought our swim suits so we could relax in the spa but, never went in.

Everything it was the best hotel of the 11th we stayed in this road trip. And almost the cheapest, only the Redding one was cheaper but Redding hotel was the worst of all. This one is amazing don't hesitate to book!

The location was great! We enjoyed being right along the riverfront and walking trail. The free breakfast was actually better than most!

i was double billed and had to call the manager to get a refund. It took the manager a few days to be available to respond to my call. The manager did not return my call or let me know anything about the doublecharge. She did not apologize about the doublecharge and was rather short on the phone.

The room was very spacious. It overlooked the river, which was great. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.
