We were unhappy with the front desk help because the attendant lied about the parking lot across the street to get us to pay a ridiculous amount of money for valet parking. she said we would have to pay $10 each time we left and re-entered the lot and that simply is NOT true. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

See above. After we declined valet parking, our bill included 3 nights of valet parking.

Rooms are well equipped. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Special thanks to Gabbie and Andrea. Very kind of the hotel to leave a nice gesture/gift in the room celebrating my honeymoon visit. Valet and baggage help were easy and fast. This Ritz lives up to its name.

the pool area was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

We didn’t love that we had to pay an additional cost to have wifi in our room. We also complained two nights in a row about noise. The walls seemed thin as we could hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next to us. The rooms felt outdated and we wished the bathroom and shower were more updated.

I’ve stayed here for business and other times with friends. It’s beautiful, comfortable and the staff is exceptional. Love the location and saltwater pool that overlooks the marina.

The only thing I don’t like is the price:-) this is not an inexpensive hotel.

Wonderful Hotel at the Marina del Rey. Super clean and comfortable. We had a room with Club floor and the service there was absolutely high standard. Wonderful Hotel Restaurant outside with tabelfire as well, good wine and delicious food.

double beds were too small- prefer queen but not an option; our room had strange damp or musty smell; no fans in bathroom; no coffee shop or casual/quick dining option; no sundry store for odds and ends

The property was beautiful. The amenities excellent, as was the food and the service we received from the staff exceeded our expectations every time we came into contact with them.

I like the location.

The two queen beds were way too small. I highly doubt they were queen beds. Especially since they charged an additional $80 a night for that extra bed. I've never seen beds so small in a room with two beds.

Location was excellent

Great views, tennis court, basketball court and pool were excellent for teenagers, the lounge on the top floor was fabulous

My stay was too short!
