The breakfasts were wonderful, and the breakfast area was constantly being cleaned and tidied up for the next guests. The first night we arrived we discovered the pole reading lamp near the air conditioner did not work due to a broken on / off switch. We told the lady at the reception desk, and it was taken care of by the time we got in the next day. Very pleased because we are readers! The maid service did a wonderful job as well as each day. Our room was cleaned and refreshed to welcome us in again at the end of the day. We want to give a special thanks to and recognition to Adrian. He was working the breakfast area the first couple of days we were there and was so kind and helpful during our first few mornings. Then we saw him in the evenings when we returned from our day's adventures, and he warmly greeted us home. Very courteous!J

I loved the hot breakfast and the employees were extremely helpful and so nice! The lady that works the front desk usually in the mornings and afternoons went above and beyond to assist us in anything we needed during our stay.

I didnt like that there was only one washer and dryer for a hotel full of people. I waited 3 days to do laundry and that was going to check every 30 minutes or so until I finally gave up because there was a whole line of people waiting and also no snack machines?

This was an excellent location to everything! We had an engagement st The Ludlow Garage in Cincinnati and it was so convenient to this location. 10 miles! The facility is older but clean... however, they are a little "cheap" on the toiletries. The bath tissue is extremely thin and coarse.

The toiletries, the breakfast bar was not kept up each morning but it was also very full during our stay so that may have been the reason.

Location was great! Close to Cincinnati but away enough to not be in the thick of everything. There was plenty to do in the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind.

I didn't like that the pool was closed. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. I am a super clean freak and I notice every little thing. But I'd definitely stay again.

Best smelling hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was clean and big enough and it had everything you needed. Good WiFi and the usual breakfast options. Friendly stuff, all was well, nothing too outstanding, but really good overall.

Not that they can easily change this, but the staircase going to the upper floor(s) is right in front of the entrance in the middle of the hallway, making the space look a bit weird and it's probably a bit dangerous as well (quite easy to hit your head on those, you'll understand when you get there).

The staff and cleanliness was amazing during our stay. The coffee machines in 2 spots was awesome because we didn't need to brew it ourselves. The people working the desk are so sweet

The breakfast was sandwiches and muffins or bananas, oatmeal or waffles. Could of used more variety, one guest came and took all but 1 muffin pack. There was no heating instructions provided for the sandwiches. We couldn't figure out the remotes to turn down the TV. There was 2 remotes and it was our wedding night so we didn't want to bother the staff to ask.

Very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner was very quiet.

The breakfast utensils were not hygienic and strong enough. They were out in the open air for every one to manipulate at will. The Quality Inn in Kitchener were individually wrapped. Peanut butter cups would be really nice to have along with the jams.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was nice, and clean.

The bathroom could use some attention. The celling above the tub is peeling and the door looks like someone was trapped in there for a while, it was all scratched up. Also, the molding around the wall could use some caulk of some kind.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Liked the little wall divider between the couch area and bed. It seemed like 2 rooms. We also appreciated that there was a freezer compartment in the mini fridge.

There were no linens in the room for the couch bed. However, we planned on using it as a couch only. Guest probably just needed to request linen if needed. Toilet paper holder slightly pulling out from the wall.

Room had digitally controlled temperature

Breakfast - scrambled eggs soaking wet and weird texture. Bldg. - no elevator Snack Vending machine would not dispence. Bed - The underneath-side of the comforter was torn in multiple places. One of the rooms had gnats.
