The location was nice and I appreciated the water. I wasn’t able to eat anything due to food intolerance but there was a cooler with water. A suggestion would be to include some gluten free bread or oatmeal.

There wasn’t anything that stood out as being wrong. I noticed some had trouble with the toaster but a young lady jumped on it and fixed the problem. Possibly the place could use some updating but it wasn’t disagreeable.

The room was great and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The office chair wouldn’t get taller and I had some troubles getting in and out of it. However, when I mentioned it, they said they would change it out for one that did adjust.

The location was easy access from Interstate 20. Building was exceptionally clean and smelled great. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be returning to Quality Inn on my next trip to West Monroe, Louisiana!

We are swimmers in this family, and we wanted to go down and swim, but there was no chairs or nothing down there that the pool looked inviting the pool really needs chairs and tables

The area was everything and we sat out front and enjoyed the nice weather.. not too much traffic but all the places to eat were right there and we rested very well.

The breakfast wasn't all that... The pool wasn't open

The ceiling had giant water marks on it. The shower curtain allowed a lot of water on the floor. When I checked in breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 and the next morning it wasn’t going to happen till 6:30 had to go to Waffle House

They kept my deposit for no reason at all my room was left as I arrived she stated that it spells like smoke but I don’t smoke at all wen i never smoke in my life but I will never bring my business there again plus she took more money off my card the deposit plus 25 more off my bank card I’m very upset and disappointed

The property is located in a very good area close to all the retail stores and restaurants

The room we were in didn’t have an iron nor ironing board which was inconvenient

Breakfast was great each morning. The ladies made sure that foods were restocked and it was clean

Our room smelled like smoke. Front desk was helpful in providing some Lysol spray

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable.

The pool was not open 😒 A pool should never be closed in the summertime.
