Very clean, nice location, close to shopping and resturants, comfortable beds, fairly nice staff

Breakfast was very medicore, the staff didn't make sure to keep things fully stocked so if you didn't get to Breakfast right when it started you felt like you had to pick through scraps even though there was still an hour and a half of Breakfast time left Also the cleaning staff were a bit obtrusive, there are signs everywhere saying that room service will be AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, yet I had cleaning staff burst into my room after only 1 knock both mornings of my stay. NOT ok. They should know who has checked out and who has not to avoid just bursting into someone's room like that.

The moment I walked in the door the young lady was extremely nice checking me in. One great thing about our state was the continental breakfast. We raved over how wonderful it was.

But as far as the room was very dirty and mini fridge with full of ice water.. I called the front desk and a gentleman and answer the phone it’s not helpful at all and told us pretty much just to deal with it. I asked for extra pillows and ice because the ice machine did not work on our floor. he wanted us to come to the front desk to get that. I just don’t think that was very good customer service. Also all of the drink machines were out of Coke products. The only option was Mountain Dew. The morning before we checked out our toilet clogged and I simply called the front desk to ask if there was a plunger that they could bring up and the young gentleman acted very irritated and did not want to bring us the plunger. We did end up receiving the plunger and we appreciate that.

From the moment the doors closed behind me, on my way in, I could feel my stress level decline! Chatting with the folks at the counter was like sit'n 'round the dinner table at home! A friend from NashVegas decided to ride the Natchez Trace with me after reserving a room. My reservation was altered in a flash and the staff were happy to accommodate! (obviously didn't know Johnny very well...sorry, luv poking fun at my buddies! I get plenty in return! 😀 ) I spent two days here and enjoyed everything about this location! Two Thumbs Up! (only because I have but two thumbs!) 👍

That I haven't made the ride down Natchez Trace earlier or stayed here sooner! Really, that's the only negative I can muster up!

Nice location, decent breakfast, comfy bed, friendly staff.

The room was quite small for American standards; pillows, bed sheets and furniture fairly worn out. AC unit is pretty loud but once you fall asleep you get a very quite rest. The room and the bathroom could have been cleaner. I guess we found it a bit too pricey for what it offers.

Beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked amazing during this summer heat. I also liked the large shower and hot water. Also the young lady on nights was amazing. There were no parks available when I arrived. I told her and she moved her car so I could have a parking space.

The walls were paper thin

Front desk clerk Ms. Felice who check me in was Absolutely Amazing & very Professional. Has a Great Attitude & Personality. I didn't get the name of the Housekeeper with the Beautiful Blond low hair Cut. She had our Room Immaculate & Smell so fresh. Hotel staff was very friendly & courteous.

Didn't have any ice or vending machine.

Arrived late and was met by a friendly front desk attendant. Check in was quick and easy. Appreciated large mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE EXCELLENT! Breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast had plenty of eggs and sausage.

The call button in the elevator was missing! Elevator slow.

Staff friendly, beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

No quite hours. Kids and adults running down the hallways/doing cartwheels in the middle of the night. When staff was notified they did come and take care of the problem

The lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful.

The room needed a little more attention to detail. It was dusty and under the sink next to the legs of the sink cabinet was a discarded toothpick and dirt.

The staff was polite, professional, and courteous. They responded well to my concerns about the room and gave me a 50% discount from my fee.

My room had not been cleaned completely. It needed tissues, TP, and I stepped on a finial on the floor from a nearby lamp, so obviously the room hadn't been vacuumed either.
