Great rate. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff

Common areas were dirty and my room was loud since there was construction during my stay. They also start landscaping around 8am.

Get an adult size toilet. More seniors use these rooms instead of young and energetic youth. That means install a tall toilet and you would get an excellent for all areas.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Good breakfast in a nice and modern lobby area. We had requested the two rooms we booked be near each other and they placed us right across the hall. Several restaurants very close to the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was good with enough variety. Loved the Belgian waffles.

No hand soap in one of our rooms. Toilet was not clean in same room. We needed to clean ourselves and the night staff attendant was not very helpful.

The employees and customer service were exceptional. They definitely make you feel welcome and are very warm.

Our room had a fishy odor upon entering but we told the front desk staff and they moved us immediately to a different room. That room was super clean and awesome!

Minor maintenance needs to be done (chipped tiles, grout, paint, loose toilet seat.) Nothing major, but noticeable nonetheless.

I had to get my husband to surgery appt before breakfast was served, so they fixed me an excellent "to go" bag. Very helpful staff. We were greeted by Nette (short for Antoinette) upon checking in. She was so friendly and welcoming! There are 2 bars and grills right next to the hotel, so very easy to get good food without driving anywhere. Very convenient to High Point Surgery Center.

Very clean ...both rooms and facilities...breakfast was incredible! Bed was exceptionally comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing and our room was clean and we felt very safe.

I enjoyed the hot tub, but wish there was a pool. Also we booked 2 queen beds and got a king instead with a couch. But we worked it out.
