I want to give a special shout out to Angel who checked us in and also worked at the breakfast area the next morning. She is a joyful ambassador for Hampton. Please let management know that they need to promote her to a position that takes advantage of her joy and helpful attitude. Also want management to know they have several staff members that are multi-tasking to keep this location open. They need assistance from the corporate office to add staff and aid in the operations. Lastly a young man named Antoine who works in housekeeping was quite helpful in assisting us with the IT of setting up our wireless connection within this Hampton location.

There was a little hiccup with check-in, but once we were able to locate our reservation, it was all good after that.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility was clean. The bed was comfortable and we rested well.

There was a lot of outside noise, possibly from the interstate. There was also a good deal of inside noise. The walls seemed to be very thin. You could hear everything, including the guests above us just walking across the floor. We had trouble with our tub draining properly when showering. We did not mention it to the hotel staff, however.

Breakfast was amazing! Overnight Staff was pleasant and helpful to myself and another guest. She searched and searched for a Plunger for the other guest (her per-teen boy clogged it by using way to much toilet paper so no issue on the hotel). We discussed if the rooms had USB plugs and she wasn't sure but we figured with it being a Hampton Inn by Hilton, it would. Well it didn't...I went back down stairs and she said I think I saw a wall block in the back, let me go look. And she found one and let me borrow it until morning! Also the Water pressure was GREAT! I have thick hair and so many times Hotels and Family do not have enough water pressure to clean my hair. This place did!

No USB plugs to charge devices - I was told there will be an upgrade soon - other than that I saw nothing that needed updating.

We where late getting in and Ms. Darita was there with a smile and a welcome. She made our checking in easy. Our children were thrilled to make a hot chocolate and grab a fresh cookie before heading to our room. We made the mistake of trying out another hotel while on our travel and it was horrible. We will never stray again!!

The breakfast was good with a lot of options.

When we first when to our assigned room it was still dirty and had been slept in and not cleaned. We contacted the desk and the Manger transfered us to a suite room and also handled transfering our luggage since I am Handicaped. Some inconvience but handlled quickly.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dabrielle at the front desk. Breakfast was great as always. We were traveling with our grandchildren and the nice lady (sorry I did not get her name) that was working the breakfast helped them make waffles. It was a blessed stay.

room was not tea when we arrived. They advised that it would be ready after 4pm when the check in time says 3pm and I even called to confirm before arrival and the lady told me between 2pm and 3pm. rooms also does not look like the pictures. the room I booked had a lounge chair and 2 benches however this room did not and only had a computer chair, a table looking chair, and 1 bench. room looks big online and spacious but not in person.

Very clean. Linens were exceptional. Parking lot was clean and well lit. Check in was quick and took less than one minute. Staff was friendly and professional. Lobby was very clean as was our room. We had everything we needed.

Staff were not wearing masks. All the literature we received said masks were required. Not even the breakfast attendant was wearing a mask. I found this upsetting as Kentucky is in one of the highest areas for the spread of Covid. All literature stressed that masks were required in the lobby and common areas. One one staff was wearing a mask during check out.

The room was clean and tidy, big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast included was delicious and had a good variety. Not far away was plenty of restaurants and Walmart not too far either.

There is more than enough room for my family to rest. The desk had ample space to eat and work.

That our room was not properly cleaned and the second room had some issues and then we were move to a third room and we needed to have the light in the bathroom Cheney but we had to wait until the next day. And the service from some of the staff was not so nice.
