The white bed spread cover was not very clean on either bed. They should be laundered after EVERY use like the sheets are. Especially, since people are more aware of health issue that come from non sterilized bedding. We were thankful we brought our OWN bed covers. The floor ( carpet) was not very clean either. When we arrived, we were not told by the gentleman who checked us in about all the amenities you had to offer. A little disappointing as we were the only ones at the front desk at the time.

The only thing that we found wrong was there was no continental breakfast for the price we paid to stay and that breakfast was an additional charge. We are just used to the breakfast being available at no extra charge! But, that was the only negative thing we found! We will stay here again next trip for sure!

The beds were amazing.. Not hard as rocks. We even liked the pillows .. Bar tender also very nice. Chicken wings were real good and 8 filled me up after 5.

Not having a small fridge in the room was a problem because I have diabetes. After purchasing ice cream at the front desk at night I asked them if they had a spoon. She looked at me and said there's one in that container. Would rather have had her hand me a spoon the one that was in the container was about 1 inch long. Need more food choices and room service.

I was there for work and the location was close to my appointments. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly. Room a good size and quiet.

Small thing, no bath towel ... wish I'd noticed before stepping into the shower. Restaurant cooking could do with some pepping up

Overall, the hotel was clean, had a nice pool and work-out room and very helpful staff. Currently, the food and bev is limited, but that was expected because of Covid. Beds were comfortable and there is ample parking.

we are used to staying at the DoubleTree in Downer's Grove, which is the more traditional DoubleTree where each room is a suite - one bedroom plus a separate living room with kitchenette and fold-out couch. These features are very important to us for our stays. This DobuleTree is not like that. There was no mini-fridge or microwave, there was no room safe, and there was only one single room, making things very tight when we needed to use the fold-our couch. also, there were very few luggage trolleys available for checking in and out. Hotel staff provided a small fridge upon request but it was very small. also, we found out about this option only by accident (we saw staff rolling a fridge to someone else's room). the option is not advertised.

Well kept grounds, very clean. Staff were super friendly and inviting. The beds were amazingly comfortable with super soft sheets and towels. A great stay!

When i come to Chicagoland I stay at this location because it is right in the middle of my two customers. Allways clean and comfortable
