The hotel is really beautiful and in a great location, the decor is stunning. It looks like a palace in the reception area. The reception staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel has great facilities, very clean and fab amenities. The beach staff are lovely and very attentive.

We had a lovely stay, however I requested 2 quiet rooms during the booking process. One room was fine, the other room 107 was next to what turned into a noisy bar/nightclub at night. I spoke to reception to complain, they apologised, however it did unfortunately ruin our sleep until it finished in the early hours. One night I was told it would finish at 4am. This needs to be looked at by the hotel, you cannot have a noisy bar near a guests room, it’s supposed to be a relaxing stay. A couple of other comments, we are in the Arabic restaurant on our last night, it was a buffet, the staff were attentive for the first 5 mins, then we had to keep asking them to bring water, change our plates and provide more cutlery, we were ignored, I noticed others were too, the staff need retraining.

Swimming pool and the jacuzzi were amazing and really clean. Beach is also nearby from the pool which is just right .. Staffs are friendly and accommodating as well. We went there with my freinds and they even prepare for us a little presents for us , was so welcoming.

Only the aircon was a little setback, room was not that cold..there is Aircon controller but I think it was not working well..but when we call guest relation , they send staff immediately to check ..otherwise all is good..we enjoyed our stay..thank u..

Excellent hotel & fab surroundings. All nationalities as visitors. English spoken staff & couldn’t do enough. It was my husbands birthday & that evening we went out to dinner & when we came back to the room there was a small cake with chocolate dates on the table saying, Happy Birthday. A lovely touch. They have great pools & choice of a few restaurants to suit each needs. There is an outside bar near the pool & quiet private beach. If you go over the bridge there is a lovely quaint town with nice eating places & coffee to die for. First Class experience.

Only a minor thing when walking through the hallway to get to your room you can smell smoke lingering around but overall an amazing hotel, Wow.

Everything was great, interior design is exceptional

The staff, room and facility were great. My family enjoyed spending the new year at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The private beach was also so nice to spend the holiday.

I requested the hotel to provide us an extra bed and a cot for us as we travelled with my 6 months old and 6 years old. During the check in, we had been told that the cot and bed were not available which was disappointing for a hotel at that caliber. I had to fight my way to get a cot for my 6 month old but not the bed. It was disappointing.

The whole building feels like a palace and has its own island. In the night it is beautifully lit up. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious with a lot of choice and great service. There are nine pools, not huge ones, but some of them are infinity pools. Ramadan at the pool station was very helpful and Joy from the kids club would play tennis with my son. On top, the head of recreation management would also join in for a tennis games. As for the room we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite with a huge terrace and its own jacuzzi.

First, I had assumed one has free ocean view as all the photos online seem to portray that. However, the islans is surrounded by roads ans houses and more is under construction. It is still beautiful but I had expected it differently. Second, there is music non stop at the pool. It would be nice to have some quiet hours to enjoy the sound of the water and the birds. They tuned down the music when I raised it but it is still not relaxing having disco sound all day long. Third, the mattresses on the sunbeds should be exchanged. They are bright orange and worn out. But still it is a 10 out of 10 and I recommend it, especially for a family.

I would like to tell you that we order a food through ( talabat ) exterior restaurant once the bike driver arrived the security gate, he was stopped and wasn’t allowed to come inside the hotel or the reception and the bike driver called me and tell that he is not allowed to come even to the reception so I call the operator hotel and they told that you have to go directly to security gate by walk and get your order hand by hand in this regard at least the order should be delivered into the reception so that I can come pick up from the reception so the service was bad ..

What we liked best was that the hotel was very nice, our room was very large, there was a beautiful view from the roof terrace, our balcony was huge and there was always an Arabic café downstairs, which we learned to love. But most of all I would like to thank Preeti and Kumar. Preeti and her colleagues always greeted us so warmly at the baggage check in the evening and we always had a short but very cordial chat. And Kumar and his team on the beach gave us the best service there is, day after day. I could list more names, but that would go beyond the scope here. But I wanted to highlight these two top people.

Beautiful hotel, room was great, really big. The staff were lovely, the beach and pool was nice, the gym is very good, overall it was very nice.

I didn't like the breakfast, I felt it was aimed at kids, the quality was not 5*, the selection was small and the breakfast room is a US style diner with a kids club feel. Generally I was not impressed with the food, small selection, especially on the beach, no ice cream and few soft drinks etc. Otherwise its white table cloth restaurants at 5* prices. There is a much greater selection nearby but moving around can only be done by car.

I would not pay for the breakfast again, as there are many other places. nearby with better food and lower prices. The breakfast buffet offered everything you could imagine, it just was not the most delicious.

You must call to request room cleaning. Breakfast buffet quite pricey for the quality, though the variety was there, the flavor and quality was not. There were often some quite rude local children/youths at the pool that showed little consideration for others. We did not discover all the Pearl has to offer until quite late in our stay. We wished there had been material in the room showing the wide range of restaurants, activities, and shopping in the immediate area of the Pearl. This was non existent. Also, we were totally unaware of the pool and amenities in the spa until the day before we left. With no written materials in the room, no one informed us of all available amenities.
