If compared with the generrally very high speed of Taiwan Internet connection, hotel's WiFi speed is quite low and unstable

EVERYTHING!!! The free supper, breakfast and 24 hr ice cream and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!

I could have buffet not only for breakfast but also dinner time (20:00~22:00). Dinner buffet is light meal only but good enough. Two kinds of shampoo and body soap are in bath room, for men and women. There are face/body lotion as well. Room size is not so big but very comfortable.

Toilet has washlet but it doesn't work...The tap in the bathtub cannot serve hot water, so I need to use shower to fill hot water in the tub. No explanation about night buffet during check-in, when I came back from shopping for dinner, I noticed that the hotel serve night buffet.

the room and the facilities are clean, thats the best thing. The location was good because I was heading to a medical center nearby. I would come back again and will have tried the breakfast next time.

the AC was set incorrectly, the room was too hot when first entered, I hope the staff would adjust the AC temperature to better suit the room temperature next time. by the way, the soap was missing at the washbasin.

The room has all of the needed items. It even has different bath gels and shampoos for men and women. The hotel provides free breakfast, snacks and drinks.

The personnel at the reception was very kind. The food and the atmosphere in the hotel was very good
