The best thing of the hotel is the personal that was very kind and helpful all the time, specially the boy in the morning Redon Metaj, who helped us with everything, also getting for us a perfect morning coffee always with a smiling. Also the location is very good, near the center and you can go walking everywhere, 10 minutes to the bus stop to the airport . It"s a familiary hotel, the beds also very confortable.

It is located very near to the Skanderbeg Square, very good restaurants, bars and café houses are near the hotel. It was easy to find, was quiet and the staff were super friendly. The receptionists were helpful and they were up to a chat. Breakfast was lavish, with eggs, sausage, ham, jam, cake and coffee. Although the single room was rather small, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively spacious, but as I spent only the nights in my room, this was also not a problem.

The location was good - I wish we hired a car though as even though it was a 20 minute walk, it was so hot! The facilities were great and staff were helpful

There was a little mix-up with the taxi we ordered through the hotel- for future travellers if they book the taxi form the airport you pay the hotel not the taxi driver. Other than that very minor thing we loved our stay and would come back

Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. location near the center of the city. Car parking in the basement is a bit tricky but very safe. The spa gives excellent service at a very reasonable price

I like breakfast buffet, not served by the staff. They seem short on stuff and serve what they have, you cannot just choose what you like. Having said that, the food was OK.

StaffThe staff was very good, the room was clean, the food was great, the hotel was very close to the center and the best areas of the city, Redoni the hotel receptionist informed us and helped us with everything, he was cheerful and he helped us a lot, he always served us with details and with a smile, the sanitary worker was very careful about the room, she cleaned it very well. Everything in this hotel was a miracle, reasonable prices and very good service.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Great breakfast. And especially friendly and helpful staff: Memjon, Redon, and Henri. Memjon gave us pointers as to where to go for the night life, and just overall very friendly and professional. Redon would negotiate taxi prices for us and tell us where to take the bus. Henri even dropped me off at the Skanderbeg square after he finished his shift. Thanks for everything!

Location was more than perfect. It's just minutes away from the city center. There's a supermarket and lots of bars nearby. The staff was very polite and always available to grant your requests. The biggest plus for me and the reason why I gave a 9, is the cleanliness. The room is crystal clean.

Bathroom could be a bit better imo (specifically the shower head). The room should include a couple more amenities, however for a short-term stay in my case, it offered what I needed.

Nice staff. The cleaning was how to say tactfully - see when I out and then clean. Very close to center. Fair prices. Helpful with transportation to airport.

In morning there was to noisy traffic. The breakfast was OK but a little to same same and I was charged for coffee in morning some days but when owner then not. The staff was not to good in English - they need to improve this - Albanian is just not enough!

This place is amazing. It has the best location, great food and most relaxing environment! Can't wait to go back!

The place is clean and the staff was helpful. Special mention to young man Arlind,he made sure we were comfortable and gave us information where to go in town etc

If I had the powers,I would move the location ,its in a little alleyway, but once you get in the hotel ,everything changes ,you will love the place
