There was a real warm welcome by the staff, I especially want to mention Lorena who gave me great tips regarding restaurants, things to do and everything else. Even with quite a lot of rooms and guests, you are not just "a number". After 3 nights the management gave me a free upgrade of the room which was amazing. The Hotel is in a neighborhood on the outer ring of Tirana. So most attractions and the city center are a bit away. If you are not up for a 45 minute walk (which I recommend since you see so much more of the city and the people) there is also a bus line which passes the hotel. Lots of restaurants and Cafés in the close neighborhood, supermarkets, shops and even a self-service laundry service just down the road. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and nice, everyday the same but enough different things to choose for each day. Nice terrace to take in the city view while having Breakfast. Taxi at 3am to the airport worked flawlessly. I can only recommend it.

There is sadly only 1 Elevator ( I think the building has like 7 or 8 Floors ) so sometimes you need a bit of patience.

Klea, thank you! This is how hospitality tastes like. Friendly, completely dedicated and @service, along with the colleagues - you've done a great job. E.g. They made sure a late flight passenger get his delivery dinner at 2am. Warm recommendations and directions on how to get along with the city. 🙏 Fair breakfast. Bright restaurant. Facilities are a good value for money. Our room was a little tight, yet it was a very good value for money. There was a free parking, what a relief. A lot, a lot of different coffee shops, a restaurant, fruits store, market and pharmacy. Fancy Gym just near by, not in the hotel offer. Just sayin' )

Maybe the overall look and cleaness of the hotel surrounding.... Yet the hotel is exceptionally clean. Quite away from the city center... Yet accurate to booking instructions.

The staff is very helpful, breakfasts - tasty, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the neighbouring restaurant - excellant, the hotel has an underground car park. We had great time at the hotel.

The hotel is at a noisy street (it is a matter only on balcony, inside it is not a problem), but it is easy to trip to different parts of the city and the country.

Very good hotel , with great reception staff , they help us in many things we asked them with a big smile :) also they gave us late checkout 1 pm, Down stairs you find big super market you can buy any thing you want , money exchange ,all kind of restaurants , it is a nice area , but to to go to the main Squair that have most of tour attraction you will need to take a Taxi it is 3.5 km only , you will find many of them out said the hotel, they have parking also, breakfast was very good ,

It is located near a lot of cafes and shops where you can eat a good lunch and drink your coffee let alone that it is near the city centre. The staff is so lovely, helpful and friendly and you are always welcomed with a beautifully welcoming smile

The location was great for us, because it was on the autostrad and we were traveling to other places that were easy to get to by car. The room was bigger than we expected and that was a very nice surprise. The staff was friendly and responsive. Onsite parking is a bonus in Tirana, even though the parking garage was a bit challenging.

The breakfast was a typical Balkan spread; not a lot of variety. If you were not there at the right time the food was not hot. The elevator is not a smart one--- you can end up waiting for several minutes as people on other floors are using it.

The family room was very spacious and the beds were good. The breakfast had a good selection. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and kind

The hotel room was not totally clean, there were some stains and grease. Also the coffee at the breakfast was extremely mild.

The girl who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are really large with super comfortable beds and great modern bathrooms. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were a short drive from the bus station, and also there are lots of places to eat and drink nearby!

It would've been nice to have food available in the hotel, but it didn't effect us too much as there is food nearby.

Spacious family room, very modern and comfortable. Nice service, very clean with a view of Tirana's surrounding mountain. There're many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets near the hotel, also a halal pizzeria in walking distance.

The hotel's underground parking was a little bit challenging to find at first. We had to stop on a road side near the hotel, to ask the receptionist. To reach the hotel's underground parking, you have to enter via Rruga Mikel Maruli, make a U-turn heading toward the hotel, where you can find a small entrance on the right side.
