The hotel is very clean, attention to details and everything works the way it should. The staff were excellent and the all inclusive breakfast was a variety and very healthy selection available. As a family with kids, it was just all we wanted and it's very close to the city centre and various food options for lunch and dinner including deliveries. Good spot also location-wise and no noise pollution. Ignore the other negative reviews, it's an absolute all round satisfactory hotel especially if you want to lay your head in a clean hotel.

"Rooms were modern, new, and very quiet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional - can’t remember their names but all 3 ladies was extremely helpful, kind and made me extend my stay at that hotel rather visiting different hotels . Great views, cute area with good restaurant options in walking distance. Breakfast with many options to chose and staff looked after us by offering fresh goods, cleaning standard I would rate it 10/10 (apart of one sad cleaner that she need to put smile on her face )

This was an excellent hotel which was great value for money. The room was exceptional, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and all members of staff who we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Even the man in the car park was helpful with helping us park the car and get up the ramp! 10 out of 10!

There was nothing not to like.

The staff was really friendly and the hotel looks renovated. Very clean and also good price with the included breakfast. Also questions outside the regular stay were responded. 24/7 Check in and Check out make it also pretty attractive as a tourist. The cleaning staff didnt really know English, but were always smiling and were dedicated to communicate with you! At the(good) breakfast you can even look into the kitchen, which made it very appealing for me.

The location is around 25 minutes off the city centre. But nearby is a bus station (attention, Google them! There is no sign for the bus number or Street name) which goes directly to the city centre or use the local Patoko App for Taxis since Uber and Bolt are not available. Also the room has "only" a fridge, maybe like a water boiler would be nice :D

The hotel and their staff are super amazing specially the receptionist. I feel bad for not remembering her name, however, all of them were super nice and smiling all the time. The hotel is small, but provides with all what you need in terms of comfort, cleanliness, staff, and beautiful breakfast (those fluffy breads :D). The location is great, everything you need is a walking distance from you. Also if you are travelling in summer, their AC is great comparing to other 5 stars hotels that i stayed in. ill will come back again for sure

Only 1 thing which is the Shattaf (Water hose in the bathroom) instead of the bidet. Thats it .. nothing negative

Room facilities, WIFI, location and cleanliness were good. Staff was not that friendly, bit rude sometimes.

The AC thermostat set to 23'C and can not change below that and this was a bit embarrassing. I asked with the reception and they said they can't do anything about it. I pay for my comfort not to save energy for the hotel Breakfast was very bad and my eldest son who is 7 seven years old vomited right away while he was having the breakfast. My wife has got stomach upset after the breakfast and the whole day we suffered with that.

The site is excellent for price.

The receptionist is uncooperative and doesn't smile.

i like ; 1- Location, very easy to read and nearby restaurant, fashion shops, food shops and one Children’s play Park (for kids to play with other children in the neighbourhood). 2- Cleanliness of the room and how polite, friendlyand professionals are the cleaning crew. 3- Receptions staff were present at all times and very polite, respectful and supportive.

what i will list here is a points where i like the hotel to improve on it: 1- have a clear, visible and big sign for the Hotel Car Parking (as it is in the basement) and the sign which is provided now is small. 2- Breakfast was well prepared and presented. however i would encourage hotel management to have more variety in the breakfast menu and keep rotational menu instead of having very same menu every day which makes guests feel bored about the menu if they stays more than 3 nights.

Nice hotel with nice breakfast and we had a view of the centre. Feels very clean.

Lift seemed to be stuck when we were checking out so had to carry the bags from 3rd floor. Nothing to do with the hotel, but driving into Tirana was a little stressful if you’re not used to driving. Parking is a nightmare and we managed to find one 10 minute walk away and paid. I did message the hotel prior to see if we could reserve at their parking but didn’t get a response.

This is definitively among the best value for money offers in Tirana for a comfortable, clean, modern hotel, according to my find. Our room was really spacious.. I enjoyed a large, soft bed with impeccable clean, white sheets and comfy extra pillows. Appreciated possibility to have a kettle to brew some coffee and tea. Everything was as agreed and advertised on photos, even better. Reception was kind and responsive to messages and requests exchanged through the booking app prior to our arrival. We also appreciated the parking possibility and didnt mind an extra fee to be able to park there.

Our room was looking towards a busy highway, so cars passing by made it noisy. I suppose that would not be a bother if we had closed the windows, but we preferred some noise than sleeping under AC in the summer.
