Hotel Colesseo is a beautiful hotel with kind,, helpful, and friendly staff, whether they are at the front desk, in housekeeping or a dinner server, all staff are great! It was a pleasure to stay there as I used to live in Tirana and I would walk by the Hotel Colesseo on my way home. Sometimes I would stop for a cappuccino. It was a pleasure to stay there.

I sat down for lunch and every member of the staff joined a birthday party celebration out in front which included the pouring of numerous glasses of champagne leaving the dining room unattended for a good 10 minutes. I got up and left and went to Ring Center for lunch. Operations should not come to a halt for a staff party.

Location is very good. Staff is exemplary. Extremely helpful and cordial. The Hotel has a restaurant with excellent food, and room service. Highly recommend. There is also a cafe at the entrance with tables outside and divine espresso.

There is a cattle, tea bags and sugar in the room. Wish they would add some instant coffee bags.

That in breakfast they only allowed one shot of espresso for free and if you need another you pay..not nice act...

Great location, perfect / elegant architecture of the hotel. Brilliant /white painting of outside of the hotel which is very outstanding, shine, clean, polite/welcome staf. Excellent and very correct email communication and confirmation . Great windows, and very quite environment. Pleasure to be there, to enjoy an expresso caffee, you may enjoy the TV,?etc. Is amazed how this place is turned and become so beautiful with such elegance. I grew up in Tirana and I lived next to the hotel I walked and bike on that road and in embassy street every morning, returning afternoon back home and evening walks with my two daughters until 2000 , the first floor of this hotel used to be a small shop back then and that’s why I am very impressed of the work is done and how they made it so beautiful outstanding. Great work done, pleasure to stay there. Brought back my memories of the street where I walked and made me feel very happy with the achievements.

Everything is great, I would say just something in the interior when you walk in the bathroom is a very little gap on the floor that is not even, (I am talking only for the room that I stayed in) and if I was the owner I would kept everything white like is outside. This is just an opinion, other then that everything else is excellent.

Excellent breakfast! I like the location. The staff is very nice. I will come back if I have the possibility.

The only negative experience was not because of the hotel but because of some of the guests. They don’t really think that some people don’t eat meat or don’t eat pork and they use the same spoon for pork and others types of foods. But it’s not because of the hotel at all.

Centrally located, old building but completly renovated with some class, room was good, employees nice and helpful. Overall, a very nice hotel, good value for money

I did not like breakfast, it should be better quality and more varied. Parking is not exactly as they state in the site (car stayed first in the street, recepcionist changed it to a private parking during the night). Did not have Tirana maps for clients

Great location close to Tirana downtown. Friendly staff. Big room and bathroom, comfortable and clean. Nice balcony view. We kept our luggage in the hotel for 2 days and received it as it was.

Good breakfast but limited options. Water bottles not included in the room. We had a power-cut happened after a short circuit of the electric kettle. They fixed it in 10 min. Please replace and check the kettles.

Our flights were delayed and we were a day late! Upon request to modify the booking last minutes the hotel immediately did what we asked for without a fuss. The staffs kindness stand out the most. We were treated nothing but kindness and great service. A definitely a worth every penny. The location is quite center. A walking distance to the main square and great cafes and restaurants nearby

Ideal location, breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful. Pretty restaurant in front on attractive square. I have stayed many times in Tirana before, but in future I will be staying here. Handy for centre - 5 minutes on foot - and the road continues out to both national and international bus stations, so good for an early start.

The location was good, both close to the main square and bus station. The breakfast was good as well, with plenty of choices and it was delicious. The staff was nice, they answered every question/request we had kindly. The room was bigger than we expected and the bathroom (especially the shampoo and conditioner) was amazing.
